Comfortable room and King bed. Nice lobby and clean updated facilities throughout. The pictures listed on the site rang true, everything was as pictured. Didn’t get to partake but the indoor heated pool was a nice touch. Easy FREE parking next door and I liked having a couple of restaurants nearby in a pinch. Stayed two nights for a wedding and loved how convenient and close it was to everything in town. Cultural district 5 min away, Magnolia area was 5 min away, Sundance Square was 7 min away, TCU area was 7 min away. Will no doubt stay here again when we are in town next.

Not any real view to speak of, but not my main concern on this trip and the pluses far outweighed this one negative.

Loved the style and comfort. Staff members were always helpful and friendly.

The pool area was great although there needs to be air circulating- very stifling. Fans arranged in several areas would be helpful. Also I was unhappy with mode of payment for washer and dryer use. You have to download an app and minimum amount you can put on card is $25.

Breakfast was fantastic. They had every choice you can imagine! I had an egg white omelette with spinach and tomatoes. and a little oatmeal which was really delicious!

stay longer than three nights!

Needed a fan and I don't think they realized I meant a box fan. Even though room was cool, it felt very stuffy due to no circulating air.

Food and parking a bit too pricey for location.

Clean stay, good location to all the medical area. Front desk help was very nice. Breakfast looked decent, it's extra.

The work-out room A/C was broken. They sent maintenance man for a minute, he said he 'reset' it in 1 min and left. never checked back in. The heater was stuck on high and temp rose to 87 degrees for 2 days until we left. Pool has neat kids area, not all of the kiddie fun fountains are working.

The indoor pool has awesome features for young children. They can wade in from ankle deep to their waist and play with features that splash rain on them.

While the hotel, amenities, and location were all excellent, the staff set this hotel apart. Every interaction we had with staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, was all friendly and personable, and they went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. My family and I will certainly be back at this hotel when we are in the Forth Worth area.

Great atmosphere and beautiful outside decor with such an attention to detail amongst the greenery.

Parking was extra, but that’s typical in a city. To me just add it to the original booking price.

Indoor pool is amazing!! My kids loved it and it’s heated. Staff were great!! Location is perfect to visit Fort Worth attractions.

Breakfast buffet was expensive and wasn’t great.

Everything was really amazing. Clean rooms and facilities. Friendly staff. Pets allowed. The pool area is safe and really fun for kids, not mentioned it’s heated and 38 degrees outside. Fire places are going in the lobby. We loved it here!!
