It was okay for the price point but the room needs serious deep cleaning. If you don’t want to be upset, don’t look too hard! Hair everywhere, accumulated sludge and dust behind every piece of furniture, I needed to get Clorox wipe to wipe down the everything as I couldn’t shake the feeling of it not be sanitary enough. Pillows as well could be softer and larger, they felt like throw pillows. The staff on the hour hand were very kind and accommodating and I personally witnessed the GM providing top notch and compassionate service. As a hospitality professional myself, that warmed my heart. So yeah location and staff were fantastic, cleanliness could be worked on, I’m 60/40 on value here.

We were on the first floor close to lobby and Olé South Pancake House was right across the parking lot, supreme! :D The front desk exhibited the kind of friendliness you expect to see in the South, so that was really nice. The fitness room was literally next door to us too, so convenient. And yes we did use it every day we were there.

That the pool and washing machine both were not working while we were there. Also, the breakfast was nice, with oatmeal topping bar, but they need to have plain oatmeal too to even be able to add those nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, brown sugar and cranberries and syrups, without adding too much extra sugar.

I loved the room 251 how clean an big a spacious it was an how it also had a fridge an stove. Just the whole little kitchen part was cute. Staff were very friendly. We did have a problem with the toilet not flushing due to the stopper being broken an when I called front desk to let them know. When we returned back to the room it was all fixed up. An I loved that it had alot of outlets. We enjoyed our stay thank u!🩷🖤

Super easy and convenient for the livestock show and rodeo! Our room was clean and comfortable.

The bedding could be a little thicker - it was chilly sleeping under such light weight covers. The shower head and tub faucet ran at the same time - so lots of wasted water!!

Great location. Employee at check in was very pleasant. Refrigerator was newer and very cold. AC worked great especially since it was over 100 degrees.

This is an inexpensive long term hotel so keep that in mind. The furniture is worn. The bed creaked. The shower curtain was short and didn’t actually prevent the water from spraying on the floor. Stove top was pretty nasty.

Location great for TCU. Price incredible compared to other hotels the week we went. Really comfy bed. Very quiet. Good shower.

The room smelled a bit when you walk in, but you got used to it when in room for a while. For the value, it was worth putting up with.

Front desk attendants were very nice, room was clean, area was quiet.

Couldn't check in early; some places allow, some don't. I didn't make it a big issue but it would be nice if we could instead of worrying about our luggage left in our vehicle while we found something else to take up our time.

The location is amazing, especially the distance to Scott and White Baylor Medical. I will say, finding it is difficult, once you do, it is great.

A little more service to the rooms and a little cleaner.

It's already 2nd time we are staying in this place and overall very satisfied. It's clean and has nearly all essentials. When back next year for our steak competition we will most likely come back again. Also location is excellent. It's close to main railway, Will Rogers Memorial and city center. Nearby there is a beautiful park

Overall staff is very polite and helpful, but there was one very rude person who I had to report to manager when check out. Also they don't have enough of hairdryer's for all rooms and you have to borrow one from reception. If they are taken by other guests you couldn't have one. For me (with my long hairs and windy and cold weather that week in Texas) this was an issue. I couldn't get it even once during whole week stay.
