I really liked the beds and the pool. The space in the room was smaller than I expected, but that didn't stop it from being comfortable.

The squeaking on the floor and ceiling are annoying, but there isn't much the hotel can do about that. And I'm not sure why there was no overhead light to light the entire room at night. We had to turn on almost all the lights to see anything when it got dark.

The beds were lumpy. Maid left clothing in beds when making them. Wait staff at restaurant was slow however it appears the restaurant was understaffed as to why the staff was slow in greeting and taking orders. The wait staff was very friendly. Great location if you're using the conference center. Overall, rooms are well appointed and was clean.

The hotel was beautiful and well taken care of by the staff. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Rooms and closets are spacious. The staff was helpful and checked in to ensure our stay was great.

There weren't many options for places to eat that were walking distance. We were not offered free water like a few other guests were by the person who checked us in. Another staff member did correct that though.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Rooms were amazingly clean and very comfortable ! Check in and check out was a breeze and the location was very close to everything I was there for ! Will definitely be back for another stay.

Honestly can't complain about a single thing

Very clean rooms, comfy beds, great shower! Front desk staff and cleaning staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

The lobby and restaurant were kept pretty cold. Wish we had a better view from our hotel window.

Location, parking garage, size of room.

No water pressure. Shower walls had some stains. Room appeared clean, but had a stale odor.. as if no cleaning supplies have been used in a good while.. or filters have gone unchanged. Lack of seating.. maybe add a small sofa or something.

Facilities

I am a disabled veteran that must use my scooter to get around. It started off with the elevators, small. The rooms the 1st one was not even ada compliant. So they had 1 other room that was available is close to ADA.

The place was great! The rooms were spotless! The beds were very comfortable & the staff were all great and friendly! I liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room and all the upper floors were rooms, with lower floors having things such as the restaurant & pool.

The common areas, such as the hallways and elevator areas, were not the cleanest. They carpets were dirty in those areas, noticeably so.

The up keep of the hotel was great. The security of having to have your room key in order to go up in the elevator was nice. Pool open 24hrs a very big plus. Front desk was very friendly at all shifts and always willing to help.

At breakfast time there was a gentleman with long hair that was not rude when asked about a refill of a certain item he would roll his eyes or say there was none left. Would leave you a tab and not explain it was for certain purposes instead lead you to belive they were charging you. A smile would be great
