Friendly staff (with one exception), comfortable beds, clean rooms, spacious bathroom with all that's necessary. Breakfast was basic but enough.

They misspelled my name, therefore my access to internet did not work as expected. The next morning the staff was not very motivated to solve the issue and they made me wait about an hour to get the "name that they wrote" and be able to access internet. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. Hotel very clean. Shampoo, body wash, lotion and cream rinse smells great.

Pool was cold but they did have a sign saying heater was out. Pool edge ( the white tiles) was very slippery. Daughter( an adult) was holding on to rail on steps to get in, stepped on the edge area and slipped in hitting her back and wrist. The gentleman that was at front desk acted like it was no big deal( only negative interaction we had) could of been worse if she wouldn't of been holding on. Never asked if she was ok.

The decor of the hotel and room is cheerful. The beds were comfortable. I liked the personal touch of a welcome message on the TV in the room that included my name. The breakfast was nice. They have an automatic pancake maker which made good pancakes.

The AC in our room was off when we arrived, so it was 85 degrees in the room. We were tired, but had to wait over an hour for the room to cool down enough for us to be able to sleep. I had put in my reservation the timeframe we'd arrive. I wish they would have turned on the AC ahead of our arrival.

When we got there we didn’t have any parking but once we asked they quickly directed us to park super friendly and sweet. I can always rely on tru hotels and never be disappointed.

The only thing was the hall ways were a little too warm for my liking and when we got to our room is the ac was off but once we turned it on it quickly cooled down so fast.

The staff is friendly and efficient The whole hotel is brand new and super clean The breakfast is very good the lobby is fun with lots of places to hang out The water and ice in the lobby is great accessible restrooms the beds in the rooms were so comfortable such a nice room modern design and if you need handicap accommodations the room was perfect

The pool was ice cold we could not swim in it. A little bit warmer would have been nice since it's an indoor pool best hotel in the area

The location was great, the hotel was clean, and the hand soap as well as the bath soap were amazing by the smells! I'm a lotion/soap kind of person and I appreciate when hotels have good toiletry products!

The breakfast wasn't the best, but I survived and enjoyed the froot loops without milk. Also, the WiFi was horrible!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They was always someone mopping cleaning and keeping up the facility. It was a great place to sit in the morning with my coffee and laptop and get work done. I will be back for sure

Very good breakfast; great location for our needs. The lobby and room were very clean; the bathroom was a nice size with good lighting. There is ample seating in the lobby for breakfast or to meet and visit with friends.

There is only one chair in the room. The fan in the bathroom runs continuously; it is not loud but was a bit annoying when I woke up and then had trouble going back to sleep.

How clean it smelled, the friendly staff members, and the amazing selection of breakfast. And I was actually impressed with the coffee as well

Just the location. But I know that isn't anybody's fault. I just was worried about how often individuals speed on by on the curvy road.

The breakfast was good, wish there would have been more variety. Biscuits and gravy would have been nice.

If the toilet would not have been running on and off all day and night. I put in 2-3 service requests to have the toilet repaired to no avail. The soccer team kids were pretty loud late at night during quiet hours.
