I always enjoy the peacefulness of the area and the property. Numerous stores and eateries around due to the mall literally being in walking distance. The staff are always polite and helpful

There was trash outside my door apparently from the last tenets' stay. Maybe it was put out by housekeeping and was forgotten about. It wasn't a big deal to me because I know that the efforts to keep the property and rooms clean are excellent. Mind you, I've stayed at this property on numerous occasions. To a new tenet, however, it might be a bad look.

It was considerably better that the Motel 6 we originally booked into that told us it was full when we arrived. Thank goodness as we saw one of the rooms which was disgusting. Studio 6 was clean, tidy and comfortable. And the lady at reception a pleasure.

The staff are super nice and try to be accommodating. But no matter how they try to hide it, they are cheap and it shows.

The coffee. You have got to stop being so cheap on your coffee! It is not good at all. Good coffee makes happy customers.

Atmosphere and location staff behavior is really good.

One thing I don't like ,we book the hotel with booking. Com and I request for the smoking room but they didn't give us I have a conformation email but unfortunately they dint give us.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for everything I wanted to do.

No breakfast

I missed breakfast. Room was exceptionally clean, even though it’s old and outdated. The grounds are well kept but I have service dogs and the rocks everywhere are difficult to walk.

See above. That and the steep deposit which still hasn’t been refunded.

I left some jewelry by accident... cakes thr front desk to let them know...I left 3 golf chains.. but only received 1 chain... I guess the people needed my jewelry more than I did

Helpful staff, great location, clean property. Can't beat it for the price.

The rooms had a full-size fridge and a microwave which was unexpected. Room smelt fresh and the lobby felt welcoming.
