We were on the third floor which had been newly remodeled and it was very beautiful. The room had a cute little tiled shower and it had room for everything you would need plus a little sitting couch. The pillows on the bed were quite soft which was unexpected. We also had a microwave and refrigerator which I must have when I travel. Everything was clean and there was even a very dark blackout curtain that centered the window which knocked out all the light. The air conditioner blew very cold and kept us comfortable all night. The breakfast was lovely and the staff was very polite and cheerful

A parking was a little bit tight but not bad considered it's in a congested City area.

Clean and didn't smell, breakfast was better than expected. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant.

The hand held shower head would not stay on the insert and blue was hot and red was cold water, the side door was easily accessible to enter without a key card from the parking lot at all hours of the day and the decor was dated. No hot tub! Lighting in room and restroom was poor.

The property is beautiful and in a really nice area. The walk-in shower was amazing, and the room was super clean. Breakfast was also really good. They had a full breakfast including eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits and gravy along with the usual pastries.

The TV was extremely out of date. I also booked a double room and ended up with a king bed and pull-out couch. It worked okay for my two kids since we were only staying one night. Otherwise, I would've had to change rooms.

The bed was very very comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Which is important here in Texas. It was so so clean. They had good fresh cookies at the front desk.

My shower didn't work, or I couldn't get it turned on. I'm sure they would have moved me to another room but was so tired I didn't ask. Did not get to eat breakfast. Have to leave by 5:30 am.

Our room was clean with the exception of a few areas which could have used a little TLC, but overall it was OK.

The toilet seat was disgusting. Toilet seats are inexpensive and could be replaced for $10 so it should be an easy fix. The housekeeper has to pay attention to the small details and report it to management. There was no hot water in the shower, but because the temperature was in the 90’s it didn’t bother me, but my husband was very displeased.

The breakfast so good !!! And the room very clean . Thanks God for cook and cleaning ladies.

The white woman in front does not have good customer service, she is always answering unwillingly and giving poor service, as if one were not paying for the stay.

Great big and clean rooms. It was in a very good location. Friendly staff!

Maybe the little odor I would smell near the lobby. And I wish they had those make your own breaks fast waffles. Other than that, I still would rate the hotel 4 out of 5 stars

room is clean & updated, sheets, pillows & blanket were clean, as well, bed(mattress is comfortable)...safe parking space closed to the hotel's entrance, quiet environment

we were expecting a nice breakfast, it was just like the 2 star hotel's ordinary food, no juice available, few choices☹️😔

Reservations online were fairly easy and relatively quick, but there is room in the process for some simplification. Staff at front desk was excellent, friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not quite up to par with breakfasts at other hotels of this price range. I thought the turkey sausage patties had a strange, unappetizing taste. I've had much better scrambled eggs at other places. The novel pancake machine, on the other hand, turned out fresh and tasty pancakes.

Great location and easy to get to. The staff was excellent with warmth, courtesy, great people skills and hospitality. We will definitely stay there again.
