We didn’t get to use facilities. Kiddo was in ICU the whole time. However, I forgot her name because I’m terrible with names. However, the lady at the front desk is one of the most genuine, kind and good hearted people that I have ever met. Our dead bolt came untaped and was dysfunctional which locked us out of the room. Santos was very helpful and fixed our issue quickly. The Brazilian gentleman was aces too. It’s very rare you come across staff this respectful and customer oriented. I hope they all receive the recognition they deserve, especially the lady at the front desk.

That I could have slept there and used the facility lol. Unfortunately, our stay was wasted due to unfortunate circumstances and using our room at Cooks Children’s.

Such a great value - nice size room, comfy beds, and since we had to stay long-term (over a month), having the in-room kitchenette, free laundry facilities, and gym were exactly what we needed. Everything is clean and well-kept, and the place and location are pretty quiet and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful - we had to extend an extra week and that was easily accommodated. Would 100% recommend!

There were only a few things: The pool and hot tub were closed, but it was January-February. Having the hot tub would've been fun but I understand about the city not allowing them to open it. We would occasionally smell weed out in the hallways, which isn't necessarily something the staff could do a lot about, but maybe enforcing the no-smoking policy? Lastly, the computers in the business nook weren't working, but the front desk staff easily printed off what I needed for me.

I enjoyed the quiet, cleanliness and newness. The location was perfect with many stores and restaurants nearby. liked the workout and pool.

When I booked through booking dot.com I reserved two King Suites non smoking and they were to be a-joining for the family. When we arrived (it was late) the rooms we had booked had been given to someone else and we got two rooms with two queens and both rooms were on different floors. I'm not sure who was at fault, however when you book a specific room and you guaranty with a credit card the hotel should hold the rooms.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient.

Coffee station was lacking. No tea! One employee at front desk was great, had an issue with light taken care of immediately - another said they would look into the tray and garbage in front of a nearby room, but I never happened until the next day. Old food etc. was potent. Also you need to provide luggage racks.

Check in was a breeze and the lady was super nice! It's fun to carry on a conversation with a stranger and have a few laughs after driving for 5 straight hours. Room was clean and checkout was also easy. It was a very short stay this time around but will keep this one in mind for future trips.

I liked that the staff was extremely friendly. It set the tone as soon as you walked in. Our front desk person, Lamar, was so personable and friendly. I immediately knew that I had made a good choice in booking this hotel after conversation with him during the check-in process. My family was comfortable as well whenever we needed extra towels, blankets, etc. We especially liked the kitchenette! We went to the grocery stores which were nearby and we were able to cook our own food and eat when we got ready to eat.

I loved how clean it was with attention to covid policies. Everything well designed and very useful. The in-suite kitchen was fantastic. Full size fridge, dishwasher, stove, and so cute and organized. This is my favorite hotel room I've ever stayed in. The hotel itself is in a perfect location if you have a car. Right next to Aldi and shopping options. There's a fitness room and free laundry although I didn't use them. I paid less for this room than at a different hotel that smelled bad, looked grimy and had a broken elevator.

It doesn't include breakfast with the reservation. I wish the pool were heated. The people above me were walking loudly and dropping things one night. It was so hard to sleep.

Nice and Clean hotel, quiet and beds were comfortable.

No breakfast and no teabags available for non coffee people. I had to wait until we checked out to get my morning caffeine/tea. Hotel staff said they had hot water and microwave but no teabags☹️ Had a comfortable room and even a recliner but the footrest was somewhat broken but still usable.

Omggg everything so nice ..I love the cleanliness, the location so close to the freeway and different stores .. the bed was comfortable sheets and all .. bathroom was cleaaann ..they even have a little dove soap=) .. I had the king bed suite which came with kitchen (fridge.stove.sink.dishwasher) which was awesome

Kitchen and location, The Staff were very cooperative. Hospitality was excellent !

we stayed for 4 days. there was no room cleaning, even the kitchen garbage bin was not properly washed I had to keep it outside til we left no one clean up
