Location is great to convention center.

I was 2 nights there. The sink wasn't draining correctly. I wrote a note to cleaner but there wasn't a solution. The conditioner was almost empty when I arrived and wasn't refilled in 3 days I was there. Looks like Cleaner doesn't check. It should be clear in the ticket if breakfast is included or not clearly. I paid mine and I never knew if it was included in my booking. The car spaces for parking are too thin. I have never seen this in a parking before and I travel a lot. In general, for being a high rated hotel. I feel as average for the payment. Nothing outstanding.

The location was amazing! We were able to walk across the street to Toyota Music Center in just a few minutes. The room was very nice and comfortable. The coffee pot could use a good cleaning inside (this is a problem at every hotel I stay at).

Our neighbors were heard through the walls starting at 6am! The walls are thin because we could hear everything they were saying. Or they just had loud voices. The ice machine on our floor was either out of ice or it didnt work. One of the elevators was broken so it was slow getting up and down.

Customer service is very good and very helpful

I think it would’ve been really an advantage to have a chuckle box that takes you from the airport to and from the airport that would’ve been really helpful for my trip being as a traveller that wasn’t familiar with the layouts of the airport structure. Better be great to have a shuttle bus that could meet you and take you to throw. Especially when you have an early morning flight.

Exceptional facility. Wonderfully appointed rooms, incredibly comfortable beds/linens/pillows/towels. Love the bath products! Everyone was very nice and so professional. Dinner in the bar was great and Juan is a wonderful server. The restaurant was closed but we were able to get the same food in the bar area. Plentiful parking nearby.

Have to pay extra for wifi; no breakfast included and for the price point, it should be. Could use some better lighting in the bathroom. No microwave in the room.

I book this hotel when I am attending a concert at the Toyota Music Factory. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at the hotel for a concert. The proximity is the best thing about the hotel

The first time I stayed I booked a balcony room. It was amazing! The balcony was large and had a table and two chairs. This time I booked a balcony room and it was disappointing. The "balcony" was smaller than my closet at home, on a corner and only had 1 chair.

Everything Was great but the noise from children next room over

The shamoo and soap wasn't a pleasant smell. And they were children screaming at 8am next to my room. So much for romantic

The room view was amazing as expected why we choose to stay at this hotel as a staycation for our anniverssary.

I was very disappointed that we were not able to use the swimming pool. That was one of the features we were looking foward to for our anniverssary. A Bit disapapointing maybe say that online when people are booking. I learned to call first before booking.

Loved this hotel, originally the room we had, had an adjoining door and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying. The front desk moved us to another room and it was much better. Staff was very friendly!!

Housekeeping loudly knocked on our room door at 9am asking when we were checking out when checkout is already set at 11am. If we had late or early checkout wouldn't the front desk coordinate with housekeeping about that instead of having them knock on every door on the floor asking

I liked the location, being close to multiple restaurants.

I didn’t like the fact that they have valet listed parking but when asked about valet I was informed they in fact do not have valet. I have nice car and was a bit nervous that someone would attempt to take it. Other than that I was a nice stay!

Everything was clean. All employees were extremely friendly from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. And I LOVED the lake view from my room! I advise any and everyone to pay extra to get it. It’s definitely worth it and I will be staying here again! One of my new go to spots.

I didn’t like that they put us on a floor were the cleaning ladies were literally cleaning almost every room on the floor so there was carts and dirty towels everywhere. We could barely get in our room. And one of the elevators were broken so many people were packing into one elevator. All in all
