Loved everything. Staff was A 1 except for your property Manager. I stayed for 5 day would have loved to stay longer with but she wouldn’t give me a deal on staying longer. Rude about it and it’s August 20th and I still haven’t seen my deposit.

Property management

I liked the fact that there was breakfast every morning. Having a kiddo that wakes up early, it's honestly convient! It was less stress when it came to our first meal of the day. I just wish there were 2 waffle makers instead of one :) Other than that, our stay was really pleasant.

The only thing that really bothered me was the condition of the covering on the fold out couch. It seemed as if the covering hadn't been changed before our stay. There were stains on the matress covering/pad which was kind of ick. I just didn't have him sleep on it even though he wanted to sleep in the living area. Also, my sheets on the bed weren't all the way on but that was an easy fix :)

I loved everything. The rooms were super clean. There were 7 of us and we stayed in a two-room suite. The children had a lot of fun and the breakfast was very good. The excellent location.

On Sunday the pool was very dirty

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Spacious and clean suite. Recycling bins available at the main entrance.

Too much use of plastic.

the hostess and host at the front desk was wonderful. we ran into a lil issue in our room where water was all over floor from a ac issue. The hotel had to of known about it because a bucket was in the closet to the ac collecting water that dripped from it. The hotel did accomadate by giving us a free night stay but i would advise to get that problem fixed asap. I believe it is rotting the floor and door which will lead to more costly problems.

location was great only issue was the ac vent leakage onto floor and we dumped bucket at least once a day to prevent it from over flowing

Breakfast was excellent with many food items to choose from. The suite was well laid out and the bed was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked properly. The ceiling fan, the a/c and plenty of hot water!

Nothing. If it’s not broken don’t fix it!

The property was beautiful and our room was nice and spacious. The lobby was especially nice and welcoming. The ambiance lead us to just sit and hang out in that area.

When I had a whole suite to myself and the peace and quietness I needed to rest.

When I was with friends in another suite, the fold out bed was very uncomfortable and it hurt my back. So I really didn't get much of a rest. Maybe more comfortable couches.

It was clean and if feel like we were at home need up grade

Didn't like the funture office like funture they didn't so me how to start the fire place so that was a waste of money

Breakfast

I could hear the people upstairs stomping around early in the morning (4am) and when I told staff, i didn’t even get an apology. Was just told to stay on the too floor if I return. Thought that was un hospitable.
