The the employees were friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a large lobby if you had a group that just wanted to hang out, away from the room. Plenty of parking

I felt the breakfast should have been included in the room price. I knew we would have to pay before we went, but I still think it should have been included. It was the same breakfast bar as you get in other places with comparable room pricing. No waffles, but all the other choices were the same.

The location was good. It was pretty quiet. The housekeeping did a good job, while an older property, it was clean and well kept. Front desk staff was friendly.

Dissappointed at the lack of complimentary breakfast. Several IHG hotels I've stayed at in the past had amazing cinnamon rolls with their continental breakfast. I didn't want to pay $10 for a full service breakfast, I just wanted a quick bagel or pastry. The option for both would be appreciated. Parking could use some improvement! Lots of compact cars, but they need to ditch about half of those stupid tree planters and open the parking lot back up, particularly on the middle two rows.

Cleanliness and cleaning staff were wonderful

I had to pay for breakfast even though your website says free breakfast.free breakfast is just for the person booking for the room not the rest of the family website should be more specific. Had to pay extra for my family to eat.

Overall excellent hotel, beautiful courtyard to sit outside, loved the location, and our suite was a spacious one bedroom with a balcony. Very spacious! Loved that you could close the door to your bedroom if you wanted to watch two different TVs, read in one etc. Microwave and small fridge helps. Lobby has a small bar and lovely sitting area.

The location was perfect for attending a concert at Toyota Music Factory and the hotel even offered a shuttle to the venue! The shuttle does stop running at 10pm so we got our own ride back to the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and had a great variety to include scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and more. Sadly, no oatmeal but that was ok. The staff was top-notch all around. We were greeted warmly and they even text us after checking in to ensure our room was ok. I really appreciated that. The room was equipped with a keurig and refrigerator, no microwave. I liked that they offered all Dove bath products to include handwash and lotion. It was a nice change from the usual drying bath soaps found in other hotels.

The room had a musty smell when we entered, kind of like the bathroom ventilation wasn't working correctly to remove moisture. Also, the pool area could use some updating. Regardless, we still had a fantastic stay.

The room was very quiet and had blackout blinds, which I really appreciated. The staff were fun and engaging, they are a big asset!

The bed was quite hard and the hallways weren’t vacuumed during the two days that I was there and they were pretty dirty.

Location was great, staff was kind and attentive. Room was clean and very comfortable. very pleased with our choice of places to stay.

Toilet ran & made noise, but closing bathroom door solved the issue. it flushed slow so could use a new one.

loved the location, very close to restaurants. The balcony was a nice surprise! very spacious. Excellent amount of easily accessible plugs and charging ports. enjoy the complementary non-alcoholic beverage for being a member of the loyalty program.

The soundproofing from the hallway was inadequate. Loud noises late at night could be heard through the door from other guests talking, leading doors, slam, etc.. Also thought the buffet breakfast should be included and not a $10 or $15 charge. first time I had ever encountered that at a Holiday Inn, and I’ve stayed at multiple properties.

The hotel was close to a variety of restaurants. The staff was very welcoming.

Had to take several trips to the check in counter. Our key card stopped working shortly after checking in. Our key wouldn’t work at the pool either even after they had reprogrammed it.

Hotel breakfast was nice. Front desk personnel were extremely welcoming. Room was clean and easy to find.

The TV and signal did not work at all. Tv situation was disappointing. The toilet would barely flush and was worried it would flush at times.
