The hotel was very clean, rooms were a nice size and just an overall nice hotel. The staff was friendly and the location was easy to get to.

My only have 2 real complaints was that check in and out were slow processes. I'm used to hotels having mobile check in/check out so having to do it old school and wait in line was a little bit of an invonvience. 2nd the parking charge. I didnt really understand why there was a parking charge when it was just a regular parking lot and not even in a high demand area. Thankfully it wasnt too expensive but its still an extra for a basic thing. Other issues is it would be better if the resturant had an option for just regular food. Lamb and octopus is ok I guess but a burger and wings other just snack foods at a hotel would be great. Also they need to open up the river walk so that you can walk all the way down to the actual places to eat and shop. Indigo is kind of isolated on the end.

Everything was perfect,the room,the hotel,the location and the staff.

The room next to my room had a couple staying in it.Around 12am they started fighting cursing each other up until 2am.It was terrible cause they were loud to the point where it felt like I was with them in the room.I was staying at the hotel for a night and my 1 night of peace was just ruined.

New, clean, comfy beds, large showers

Black Coffee was like $8?! Food was crazy expensive and the menu was too elaborate. Basic stuff would be better. The staff seemed distracted especially in the bar area.

Clean and classy, unique and trendy decor, fabulous pool, exceptionally friendly staff, great workout room

“Canal view” was mostly of the elevated train tracks above the canal

Great value, clean, comfortable, definitely recommended for staying in this hotel. Walk along the lake behind the hotel felt super nice, you need to do this!
