The room (Corner Suite) was very nice and spacious. The entrance to the room had a long hallway that led to a living space with a couch with ottoman, TV, desk with chair, and a small dining table with 2 chairs. The bathroom was nice (walk-in shower, and there was an area with a stool and lots of countertop space. The bed was comfy and had another TV in the corner. There were multiple lamps throughout, and the window was very large with a great view (I was on the 27th floor - I requested a higher floor in advance). It's a beautiful hotel. I'll definitely book again in the future and recommend to others.

It was an overall great room, but the temperature of the water in the shower was sooo cold; it never warmed up. I was miserable for those few minutes.

Stayed here with my family for a wedding. From the moment we pulled up it was nothing short of spectacular. The valet was courteous and very efficient even though they couldn’t find my keys some times but they were exceptionally good and I tipped them for it. The customer service was great at the front and friendly. Housekeeping did take over an 1hr to bring me a microwave and extra towels but other than that they were great. I will rate them very high. The restaurant in the lobby was descent the one down status not so much she was very rude but that shouldn’t affect the hotel. Definitely worth the stay

The staff was amazing. They were all very sweet and made it such a welcoming environment. Front desk deserves kuddos for sure! They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Housekeeping also. The rooms were so clean and the staff were so nice and accommodating. Seriously, both of those departments were top shelf, and I would come back just because of how awesome the staff was. I hope they get a little appreciation from this. Thank you for being awesome.

A bartender made some semi rude comments which made us take our drinks to the room, but it was close to closing time so I can definitely understand as former service industry. That's just nit picking. Outside of that the staff was amazing.

The location is perfect. We loved the river view and city at night. The location is very close to a ton of nice restaurants and shops.

The air conditioner and heat unit is pretty loud when it comes on and off. There was conference or something going on so we had a fairly long wait to get food as the 2 bartenders were taking drink orders and trying to manage the the manu guests waiting to eat as well.

The staff were exceptional. Very helpful, they greeted you with a smile, and made you feel so welcomed. I will most definitely stay here again, without hesitation I recommend all to stay here. The rooms were very reasonable, clean, and cozy. The area where it is located is so beautiful, this hotel is phenomenal. Make your reservation today.

I can't say there is anything I didn't like.

Omni was more beautiful than I expected it to be. It was very nice and I loved it. I enjoyed the pool area and the room that we had. We got on the paddle boats n that was also nice $55 for 50 minutes. The bar food was very good n also the drinks.

It wasn't to much that I didnt like. I just expected a bigger selection of breakfast than it was but it was delicious.

Favorite part was the staff. My girlfriend and I visited for her birthday weekend. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a suite overlooking the boardwalk and they sent up a bottle of champagne and cake (complimentary). The following day I coordinated to have the gift with a bottle of wine brought to the room while we were out as a surprise. They perfectly staged everything. The proximity to food and drink was perfect for a relaxing staycation.

That parking was $18/day for self parking.

The great location was chosen by the conference I attended. The comfortable bed and bedding. The people and food. Was on the upper floors.

The property was older and although cared for elevators made noise and toilet on my room dripped all night long. Reported to the hotel at checkout. No electric car charging. The value could have been better. No complementary anything for an 8AM checkout on a Friday!

Location was awesome. Loved the lake.

We had such a weird and constant noise in our room. It was like a big dragon breathing. We think it was how the hvac system was vented and working. So everything was really great but the noise in the room was very annoying.

The facilities, staff, service, and amenities are top-notch - everything one would expect from an Omni. Views and location are fantastic, with guests able to walk by the river, sit by a bonfire in the evenings, and look at the water.

The hotel policy is to attractively price rooms and hit the customer with add-on charges. Internet is just under $15.00/day for "premium," and self-parking is slightly higher if I remember correctly; these policies bother me as a consumer.
