Breakfast was wonderful. We had many choices, and everything we tried was yummy. I was very impressed to find decaf tea and coffee, since I shouldn't have caffeine.

Check-in created issues for us. For some reason, the clerk couldn't find us in the system and, while it was hard to understand what she and the manager were saying, it sounded like perhaps the first and last names were reversed. Sadly, we had very little time to change clothes and get to the funeral home on time. Another disappointment is that the wi-fi wasn't secure. Never in our lifetimes has the security of a network been more necessary. This was a shock to me and I told the clerk that I would expect better from Hyatt. She agreed. She was very pleasant, as I was to her.

I've stayed in hotels all over the world, and this was hands-down the best mid-range hotel I've ever stayed in! My room was huge, incredibly clean, and very quiet, with a comfortable bed and a useful fridge. The breakfast was epic - everything you could want, and all high quality and delicious. They even had oat milk for my coffee, which really won my heart. And finally, but just as importantly, the staff was so friendly and helpful; over my two-night stay, I ran into every staff regularly and every single one of them was a joy. Of course, the location is superb and the pricing so reasonable. I will be staying here from now on when I'm in the DFW area!

Nothing - truly impressive!

They have a good selection of hot breakfast. They have large spacious rooms /suites with mini fridge and coffee maker. Their housekeeping does a good job as well. The front desk always works with you on any issues which I have had none. During Hurricanes they work with you personally to get your accommodated and apply for FEMA i love the location next to MacArthur where there is every amenity you could want and east access to the freeway. Plenty of space to walk your dog. A reasonable pet fee. THIS IS MY GO TO PLACE IN IRVING

The prices have gone up drastically. I used to stay ere for $75/night which is why it was my go to place. Now it is 149/night. The pillows are not comfortable . I wish they had regular pillows. The chocolates M&M purchased in the lobby were stale. Their front desk computer system is very slow as it is not on a reliable network. They did not respond to my maintenance calls for a new bulb in the study lamp.

Went to the Toyota Music Factory it was only 4 miles away. When it was time to head back to Temple we were on the Highway in 2 mins. Room was nice and spacious and the shower was wonderful. Bed was comfy and our free breakfast was nice and hot. Difently will be coming back.

Shuttle wasn't available concert was from 7:30 til 10:30. So we had to dive and pay 40 bucks for parking at the event only 4 miles away

The entire staff was excellent at their jobs. Room and hotel were clean, food was delicious, staff was friendly and courteous and efficient, hotel smelled nice, shuttle was on time every time and the drivers were kind and sincere, other guests were super polite, beds were comfortable, amenities worked, location was great for me, and it felt safe.

The hotel pool was nice but should have a little be more light for when it gets dark. At night time the pool is VERY dark and hard to see unless you are near the purple light at the end of the pool. a white light would be perfect.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and affordable. My room was very large, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and the food at their restaurant was good.

For an overnight stay it’s fine. The carpet is a little tired and the furnishings could be updated but for just one night it’s perfect.

The hotel itself was very nice, not too crowded and the rooms were fairly spacious. It was very clean and in a good location for our plans we had during this trip. Staff was very accommodating and hospitable.

The elevators were a bit scary, since they would sometimes make a lot of noise while on them, but technically, we didn´t really have a problem while one them. We also came back from our day out and our AC unit was out, but they quickly sent someone up to fix it, along with our toilet that seemed to be leaking slightly.

The room was bigger than I was expecting! It included a couch with a pull out bed which we ended up taking advantage of so we would each have our own space. Employees were very helpful and friendly. The air conditioner worked like a charm, especially with these extreme temps lately!

I was a bit surprised to find out that our room did not have a microwave. We had a mini fridge but no oven to reheat our leftovers from eating out (yes, I love my leftovers!).

The hotel was clean and quiet. I stayed for a few nights and no complaints. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. They even upgraded me from the lower floors to the top floor.
