The staff was friendly and kind.

Outside was not clean and when we had the room cleaned, they were not able to fulfill all services. Towels were not replaced and the floor was still sticky in kitchen. However, yesterday morning I did request towels and bedsheets to be replaced from sofa bed because when it was opened a dead bug was seen. The front desk agent said it will be delivered but never did get delivered. I took photos of the dead bug on sofa bed.

I like the separate bedroom, so much seating in the living room. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Everything was soooooo nice

I didn't like that I reserved a downstairs room, I was rerouted to Homewood, which they paid for, and I spent the last night at Hyatt but it was on third floor which hurts my knees but overall it was nice. I didn't get what I paid for but I enjoyed it.

Location is great. Very tranquil area. Grocery stores and plenty of restaurants nearby.

If you’re expecting clean and brand new, then don’t select this hotel. Furniture is decent (not brand new). If you’re looking for cleanliness…not this hotel. Could use better cleaning services. Countertops/tables weren’t clean and there was fast food in our kitchen bin when we arrived.

The hotel was located very near to the office. The room was very good. As per the images shown. Facilities were adequate. The location is a key and depends on if you want to stay near airport and some corporate offices. The location is overall safe.

The hotel is an open hotel from all sides. The rooms are accessible for anyone who can come out from the road and knock on to your doors. There were no security personnel in the vicinity. Even though the location is safe, you may feel unprotected as there are no boundary walls nor any access check while you enter this hotel. Your keycard to your room is the only point which has access control. Breakfast was unimaginative at best. Same old menu. Looks the chef that they have didn't even try to infuse some variance. There is no restaurant on-site other than the breakfast bar. If you have a hankering for food at late night, only option is to find a restaurant nearby or order it over uber eats or doordash.

Inconsistent information about breakfast hours. Front desk staff said one thing, information on the map said something else, and actual time that breakfast was available was different from either of those. They couldn’t get us keys to the room until the next day because the evening staff couldn’t get it sorted our first night. The pool was always out of towels and the front desk staff seemed clueless about how to handle that. Quiet hours were not enforced so one night there was a lot of noise outside still at 11 pm. Housekeeping didn’t come every day, but on days that they did come they did a great job!

The property is very well kept! The check-in staff are friendly and very responsive to your needs. The rooms are very spacious and clean as well as the appliances. we never had a problem with the water temperature no matter when you used the bath or kitchen. I would definitely stay again!!

I didn’t like the fact that only one staff member came to our room to see if we needed anything and pick up our garbage only 1 day of our 4 day stay. It appeared that they didn’t want to come up those stairs since we were on the 3rd level. We had to go get our own towels . Also, the outside area need to be treated for insects.

We enjoyed the space of our room. We were visiting my son and were able to cook a meal to bring to his home. We appreciated being able to cook and make tea. We were on an extended trip and were so happy to have laundry facilities, open 24/7. Also glad we could charge the laundry rather than use quarters. Reasonably priced. When we asked a for first floor room, we were given one. Breakfast was good; accommodations for all. There was parking available for our large vehicle.

The front desk guy was amazing even as he dealt with rude people he stayed professional and did his best to help them understand.

I don't like that the pool is closed so early and open so late. Also the house keeping ladies tried to communicate with several all say no English.

I overall enjoyed the stay. The suit was spacious and comfortable and safe. Well located for the event I was attending. The area is around many outside activities. .

Only issue for me was extra cash for parking lot (not included in the fees)

Location was perfect for me as I like to walk to places its minutes from a good bus service and 6 stops to the Dart that allows travel all over Dallas for only $6 a day
