**Staff - They were so very friendly and professional, and I can see they are very sincere to help me resolve any issues. In my case, I booked two rooms one for my family and the other for a friend's family, with non-refundable pre-paid option. My friend missed connecting flight and was not able to check in. My working with the rep at Booking.com, the front desk staff, and (I think) the hotel's back office, the check-in date is changed without any cost. My friend's family arrived in the next morning around 10AM, and the hotel staff checked them in. The front desk staff, Nicole and Wally (or Willi) always smiled and courteous and they were super!! ** Breakfast - Excellent compared to any other hotels offering free breakfast or breakfast included in lodging cost. My family enjoyed the breakfast very much. I travel frequently for business and I can certainly compare them. ** Airport Shuttle - Hotel provides courtesy airport shuttle, and my friend's family took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel in the morning. ** Location - The location is near the DFW airport in Irving/Las Colinas, conveniently located at the crossing of 114 and President George Bush Turnpike. ** Room - We were able to check-in early. Room was very clean and bed/pillows were very comfortable. ** Recommendation - I have no reservation whatsoever and I recommend this hotel very highly to anyone visiting the DFW area.

I cannot think of any that I didn't like about this hotel.

Location near the interstate was quick and easy to get to. Bed and Pillows were comfortable. Room was clean and fresh. A little perfumey but still smelled ok.

Poor access to plugs for our phone chargers. Lamps had usb-a outlets but our charging cords are usb-C. Lamps should just have outlet plugs, not a specific type. Had to move nightstands away from wall in order to get to electric plugs behind them. Even a power strip of some type would have been easier. A/C was not turned on and the room was very hot when we arrived. It had been 98 degrees that day and it took almost an hour or more for the A/C to cool off the room. Also the A/C was not near powerful or cold enough for the size of the room. It just took way to long to cool off.

Super clean, very comfortable beds. It is very close to the airport and I was concerned about safety of the area but the whole place is very late and very safe. I was very impressed with the quality of construction and furniture and the general Aura of the place. Absolutely lovely and will definitely return if I need to stay around Dallas airport again. Lots of parking available and reasonably secure in the area of the hotel

Nothing really everything was perfect

The bed was amazingly comfortable, the pillows were really good, room was very quiet. This was the best hotel breakfast we have ever encountered. Everything was fresh and delicious. Tasted like fresh eggs. We will stay at this hotel chain again

minor complaint: the entrance to bathroom/vanity were directly across from the bed. While the bathroom had a door, the vanity area did not, thus making it difficult for one person to start the day without disturbing the other.

Loves the room, very spacious. Having the pull out couch was amazing as we have 4 small kids so it’s hard to find hotels that accommodate our family. The front desk receptionist was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet! Greeted us any time we walking in or out of the hotel.

Only thing that we didn’t like was the pool area had no towels accessible for us, the pool area was freezing as well.

We were traveling from NYC to a final destination of Oklahoma and due to a tornado, our flight out of Dallas to Oklahoma was canceled, and there was a 24 hr layover. I found SpringHill online in the middle of night and the amazing staff and hotel made a stressful experience and a very enjoyable one. "Shoe" the night manager was so helpful and kind as she checked us in at 2am. The room was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. The next day we enjoyed a great complimentary breakfast, and the day manager Greg was also wonderful, he arranged a shuttle ride for us to CVS, then to the airport later that day. They took care of everything. I was even able to get in a good work out at their great equipped gym. I can't say enough how awesome SpringHill is, would highly recommend, wish I could have stayed longer!!

Everything was great about this property, very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and it was nice to have a shuttle to the airport.

My only complaint is that they started testing fire alarms on the last day I was there and woke me up out of a dead sleep thinking the hotel was on fire. I called the front desk and they were very apologetic and advised that there was a new owner or management company and weren’t informed ahead of time. I’m happened a second time while I was working before I checked out and I called again. When I checked out they were very apologetic and offered me something for free out of their snack area right by the desk. You would normally have to pay for any items there but they gave me a frappacino for free but it’s also nice to have a place to get a snack anytime of the night. They have a bar as well.

Everything except the business center

the business center was definitely not as updated as the rest of the hotel. It didn't need much a new computer would make a huge difference. It didn't even bother me that it couldn't print the area just looked sloppy.

As we arrived maybe a couple of hours earlier on check in time, the lady in charge of the service desk , did allowed us to check in a little earlier. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks!

The staff were amazingly friendly, everything was clean, and the beds were really comfortable.

If I had to pick something I would say. I wish they had a hot tub. I also wish the thermostat in the room would go below 68°.
