We stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect. All the comforts of home. Dina was so nice. She was prompt and caring when I reported seeing a red wasp next. She immediately acted on the report and had it taken care of. We also had a problem with the dishwasher in our unit. She confirmed that I was comfortable with a tech going it to fix it. When we returned the dishwasher was fixed and the dishes in the sink had been done! Thank you Soka and Dina for making our stay amazing! We will Definitely be back!

I only suggest they leave more than 1 wash cloth in the unit :)

To find hotel apartment with 24 hours service is rare in Dallas area We booked the 3 bed room unit for 2 weeks and was really convenient and reception and room service are always responsive We enjoyed being there The negative issues were 1- The living area was not that big to accommodate 5 persons 2- living room doesn’t have table. 3- the bath sink is really small Other than that, everything was great

I loved our room it was clean, inviting and in the perfect spot so we didn’t have nosey neighbors on the side of us. . 2 full baths and bedrooms. Easy to find and several entry points. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They were especially helpful with extending me and my family’s stay. No one bothered us which was perfects idk about others reviews, but everything was great, location, price, and accommodations. Would highly recommend and I’ve already saved it.

The smell on the elevator and hallway had a severe fish/tuna smell.

Front desk staff that checked us in was friendly. Lots of space: It was nice they had 3 bedroom and 2 bath units available. Pet friendly. Clean.

There should be at least one full length mirror. Also, we opted to not have housekeeping daily; But when we requested the service on Sunday, we were informed that they don't offer housekeeping on Sundays. One of the beds' mattresses was lopsided.

The location is convenient if you look for something close to DFW airport. There is more than enough free parking space. The apartment was huge and well equipped. Very easy check-in and pleasant staff.

A bit away from the Dallas downtown. No chargers for electric vehicles. Make sure to have your room keycard with yourself as, apart from the main building, you will need it to enter the building itself.

Second time staying here and still really happy with it. The staff are super friendly, and the room is big, clean, and really comfy. It’s also super close to the airport, which is super convenient if you’re flying in or out. Definitely a solid pick!

We were pleased we were able to find a large suite for our group of 5, thus saving us money on a stay forced by a flight cancellation.

It would have been nice to have a restaurant closer to the hotel. As a result, we ordered out for pizza.

The size of the 3 bedroom was great for us as well as all of the appliances that were included. We also really liked the location and parking situation.

One of the bedroom doors did have a hole in it when we arrived but it wasn't all the way through.

I did not realize a breakfast was offered. :(

It was great to have a washer and dryer in the room; however, the dryer was not working properly & would not dry the clothes. The dishwasher also did not work.

Bathroom was too small and sink was so tiny that I had to brush teeth and face in kitchen sink. Pillows were flat and had no support.
