Front desk officer William was really nice with his joyous mood and positive attitude. Check-in and checkout both were hassle free. Lady on the day of checkout was also nice. Morning buffet was as expected (minimalistic but had all that's needed for a great start of the day), buffet staff two ladies were nice, and the housekeeping ladies also were very friendly and nice. Rooms were clean and neat. Fast wifi with 2 large TVs.

I wish the bathtub was wider and shower had cold water option (even when opening slightest it gave hot water). Youtube on tv didn't work, probably because you run an ad blocker. Please check on that. Swimming pool water needs more cleaning and the indoor swimming pool would benefit from open windows for airflow during summer.

The staff member who greeted us when we arrived was extremely friendly and helpful! The room was sizeable and pretty comfortable and the location was within 15 minutes walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants, and equidistant from the airport and AT&T Stadium, which was what we wanted. We would likely stay here again.

The shower head was old and basically spit out water, which was not great.

The staff was amazing. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and at ease. Aside from the cleanliness which was exceptional my lasting impression was William the receptionist. William was so kind and welcoming and displayed excellent customer service, which isn’t seen much today!

Absolutely nothing to dislike our stay was very pleasant.

The breakfast buffet was good. I appreciated the fresh eggs and everything was fully stocked. Our Front Desk Service was exceptional. Our room was clean and comfy.

(Maybe add unflavored oatmeal to the breakfast mix - small add...) And Stevia to the sweetner options (more people are using it these days). Otherwise - an exceptional visit.

It was clean inside and in the rooms, quiet, and not busy! The staff was exceptional and friendly. Great experience overall and the price was perfect.

Only thing we didn’t like was the cleanliness of the pool. It was really murky and my kids were really looking forward to it but we decided to play it safe and not let them go in.

Breakfast was great, loved the selection. The salsa and salsa verda were a very nice touch, especially with the jalopeno chedder quiche.

Everything was great except it would have been nice to have a little more outlets around the bed. There was only a plug on one side and it was one of those clock radios that doesnt charge quickly or well.

Very clean place and the receptionist Monique was a super phenomenal person , so pleasant and helpful. Their shuttle service is also convenient for airport pick and drop off and they can take you anywhere with in 5 mile radius

Staff are amazing and the hotel is lovely. Room was exactly the same as pictures. Bed is very comfortable and room is cosy. Staff went above and beyond l. Lots of things to do close by. Shuttle service is great too. My stay was 10/10

It would be great if restaurant was open for longer hours

The location was fine, the staff were wonderful, the free breakfast was delicious. The hotel is close to good restaurants and a mall. Easy access to freeway.

I don’t like kids having access to hot tub. They have access to the swimming pool but, the hot tub is not for kids, it should be an adult experience. One very slow elevator.

The property was close to my family and the interstate. The parking lot was well lit. There was a mini store at the counter and the evening/night shift ladies were the best! So kind and conversational. I bet I sat there talking with them for over 30 mins. Beds weren’t the most comfy but acceptable. The rooms were very clean. The standing shower was a nice change from a tub. The water pressure in the shower as low.
