Breakfast was awesome! Guest reception every evening was awesome! First night (Monday) was very quiet! Staff was great, friendly and accommodating. Very clean Facility.

The only problem was that our second night, there were guest in the room above us it sounded like they had little kids that kept running back and forth the length of the room, sounded like they were jumping off items to the floor, also. This was from 9:45-11:15 p.m. Very, very minor… our room was missing a hairdryer so I called the front desk to see if I could get one, and they sent someone up with a brand new one within 15 minutes.

We were very disappointed with the swimming situation. Apparently it was possibly something un preventable, but we had only a very short stay so we were quite excited about the pool hours being open from 6 am - 10 pm. However, pool was closed the entire morning today (Monday) & we had to leave. We asked & were given a late checkout time of 1:00pm, but the pool was still closed at noon. We went ahead & checked out instead of ‘wasting more time.’ I politely asked for a discount because of the situation & that was given, so I appreciated that. Still very disappointed at not having access to the pool.

The location was great. The staff was professional and friendly. The room was comfortable. The workout room was nice.

I wish there would've been a waffle bar. Would have liked a better room view. Would have liked fresh granola. It was left out and covered in plastic wrap in the serving line area. I don’t know if it was reused or disposed of. There wasn't water in the workout room. The pool was out of order.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had everything I needed for my stay! They offered a lot of comforts and services.

There's not much of a view. Breakfast was cold, had to wait a long time for it to heat up. The prices were outrageous at the time. I understand there was a game that weekend but that room normally goes for less than half what I paid

There was a soccer team staying at the hotel. I believe they had a pep rally outside our room which lasted until midnight. But other than that, the staff was super accommodating, providing bottles of water, extra blankets and hair dryer. The room was extremely comfortable. Happy hour was great and the breakfast, yum!! Thank you Embassy Suites. I will definitely stay there again.

The whirlpool bathroom was amazing! Very nice and helpful staff; that includes valet, bellhops, and front desk. Everyone was great! The breakfast was also really good. This hotel will even make pancakes and omelets. There's biscuits and gravy too!

It was pricey though for some things that need upgrading. They do have complimentary drinks, and it's free because the alcohol is bottom shelf. The vodka my husband had was HORRIBLE. For the price of the rooms, I think they could do better and at least use Smirnoff or even Pinnacle; however, I did like the margarita though, so the tequila was okay.

I didn't like the air conditioning equipment, it was very old and I think it needs maintenance. I couldn't regulate the temperature. Fortunately, because of the time of year, I didn't need the air conditioning very much.

I love the reception idea in the evening. The breakfast made to order was a great touch. They allowed early check in for us which was really nice since we were weary from our travels. NIKKO and JOEL are definitely memorable to our stay. They went above and beyond, getting us extra linen, helpful, and ensuring we were comfortable. Nikko helped us retrieve a lost item and that means the world to us.

I wish we have extra blankets there six of us but we only have the two blankets in the two queen bed the extra person sleeping in the leaving room don’t have a blanket and the towels is not enough

We liked everything about our stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient . The facility was perfect, and the location was an added surprise since it was right in the heart of the "action" in Ft. Worth.

We would not change a thing about our stay!
