Very good location in the middle of downtown. Very close to the orange bus stop which goes to Stockyards. Big room and big bathroom. Nice staff. I had some questions and they were always addressed by the reception. Our son appreciated the swimming pool and the fitness. They are well signposted. On the whole a nice stay. Possibility to eat breakfast in the adjacent coffee place for additional price.

Air-conditioning is loud and positioned in such a way that cold air is blown onto the heads of people sleeping. No possibility to adjust the fan. The hotel does not offer breakfast (no place).

We loved the location and the room itself had everything we needed. We are really grateful they let us check in early, before the storms arrived. Was great to have the cafe downstairs which we got nice pasta dinners from. The valet parking was easy too.

There isn’t much we didn’t like about the property, it was just on the more expensive side of the downtown hotels we’ve been staying in and the others had a bit more vibrant communal spaces, breakfast, or drink vouchers for the bar.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

You could say it's really nothing to do with the facility. But I hated the fact I didn't know you could park for free on the weekends and Friday after 6 pm. I wish I had known that before I gave a valet 45 dollars to park for the night.

The location was perfect. Lots of eating options close by. Onsite Starbucks coffee available. The service was wonderful due to Jen Kilgore at the front desk. I cannot say enough about her wonderful hospitality. She was always willing to answer any question and provide any assistance needed. Always had a smile on her face. It's so hard to get great customer service nowadays, but, the service received was great!

There is an adjacent Corner Bakery and the service there was lacking. Not much to choose from as far as bakery items, which is very rare for Corner Bakery, and when they brought out the coffee, it had 'stuff' in like...looked like coffee grounds maybe and when pointed it out, they appeared to be annoyed.

Very centrally located, rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and a fab breakfast in the corner bakery downstairs. Coffee was the best we had in Fort Worth .

The location was great and your rates were fair.

When we checked in your staff was helpful and curtious. But then your staff wouldnt great you when you would pass in front of them. They seemed to busy talking abiut their lifes etc.

The location close to the airport, the gym and pool! Mario at front desk is always impeccable and friendly

I love the location in downtown Fort Worth. Fort Worth is charming and full of history. It’s fun to walk around with delicious spots for food all around and entertainment.

Location was amazing, great facilities at the hotel.

The only negative I had was the laundry doesn’t accept cash or international credit cards so we weren’t able to use this facility however it did not impact our stay.

The only thing was the bar was closed after being told that it would be open. I understand that employees call in but a manger should have stepped up and opened the bar.
