Charming, beautiful historic hotel in downtown Fort Worth was just what I expected to be. It was really nice. My room was beautiful. Enjoyed drinks in the bar and the bartender Iris is really wonderful. The clerks at the front desk were so friendly, helpful and nice. However, the breakfast the morning of our departure was pretty awful. See below.

The breakfast the following morning of my stay was just awful. The coffee wasn't very good, and the food was really bad. The omlette was not even a little bit tasty so I didn't eat much of it. The potatoes were bland. There was nothing good about it and the price was ridiculous. It should have been a wonderful breakfast for the price, but it was anything but. However, the hostess was very nice.

Lovely restoration of a classic old hotel with plenty of quiet but social spaces in lobby area. Loved the small library and the bar had the best low-key posh vibe. Room (king in 302) was old-school stately and sparkling clean.

There is no separate number for valet, so the front desk is handling all calls plus check-ins. They are doing a masterful job of it but a "press one for..." call routing system would be easier for them as well as guests.

Great location and a cool boutique like hotel. It is an older building with lots of character. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful and a great location close to Sundance Square and the Convention Center. Love the many food and entertainment options in short walking distance

The only thing I wasn’t expecting is the $55/night valet charge. There are some garages blocks away but no self parking at this location.

The hotel is gorgeous and the location was amazing. Its an old historic, building thats been beautifully redone. Also they have free wine served at the bar from 5-7pm, which we enjoyed before walking to dinner.

Wish breakfast was included but they only have an elegant restaurant, not a buffet setup, so you have to order off the menu and its $22 per person.

The Ashton is a sweet little hotel with a lot of personality. My room and bathroom were great. It is a beautifully maintained historical building. If you are looking for a big hotel with lots of people, a loud pool, and a wild bar scene this is not for you. If you want a quiet place to relax in comfort with a central location and great staff this is the place for you.

I don't sleep well without a really good pillow. I've stayed twice now and both times I slept really well. The bed and pillows were awesome. The room was beautiful with a nice view of the street below. The staff was super accommodating. Will definitely stay again in the future.

I can't think of anything.

The location of the hotel was perfect! It's right in the middle of downtown. The lady who checked me in was absolutely wonderful! Also, there are quite a few shops and restaurants within walking distance.

In my room, I could see where there was patching up in the ceiling. Also, the wallpaper in the bathroom above the shower was starting to peel off. This is very minor nitpicking.

Loved the history of this hotel, the spa suite was clean and cozy, quiet even though it's in a busy area downtown. Very laidback and walking distance or quick ride on the complementary "molly the trolley" to about anything you could want. Great value. I ordered the spa soaps and shampoo after returning home they smelled wonderful!

No on site restaurant.

Great location, historic building, large spacious rooms.

Hotel parking is $48 per night. We were able to get creative and find a spot that ended up total cost of $8. In room water also carries a charge. I’m used to most hotels supplying several bottles on a complimentary basis. The Keurig in our room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Staff came and replaced it with a brand new one which was greatly appreciated. All that being said, we enjoyed our stay there.

The staff was very nice and courteous. The rooms were great and the beds super comfortable. The location is ideal if you want to enjoy a trip and not have to drive anywhere. I will definitely stay again :)

Nothing. Everyone and everything was great!
