Grable was excellent from the moment I walked into the front lobby you made me feel like family he was so sweet he let me know everything that was included in my stay as well as what time is swimming pool close and as well as what time breakfast started and ended he was amazing.. the room that we stayed in was a suite and it was so big I'm glad that I got that room and next time I will also get the same room I was in room 101. my children had a blessed I had three children with me we went swimming we had a birthday party at the hotel for my son's birthday because he wanted to swim. The pool is a really good size they have a store inside the hotel everything was great except the people that were above me

The only thing I did not like about my stay was the people that were in the room above my room were so loud it was well past midnight and they kept walking and jumping on the floor I could hear the children screaming up stairs I did call the front desk and he told me that it was a one worn policy which means they only warn you one time and then they put you out why I could hear the kids upstairs and I didn't want them to be put out so I didn't say anything but I have multiple videos of them stomping and being loud and like I said it was past midnight it was ridiculous that's the only complaint that I have.

Would stay here again. 15 minutes to the Stockyards. Easy commute to dallas or downtown ft Worth. Easy access to dining options. Room was spacious for our group of 5. Beds were comfortable and clean. Cleaning crew was on top of it during our stay - switched to fresh towels each morning within 20 minutes of exciting the room (we were in the main floor). Breakfast was great each morning - oatmeal with several toppings available, either bacon or smoked sausage each morning; 2 waffle machines; yogurts, packaged muffins or bagels, boiled eggs and scrambled or cheese eggs each morning. Friendly staff. Clean facility. The convenience shop was well stocked with variety of beverages, ice cream, and microwave meals. .

Very nice facility. Quiet area. They have an indoor pool. If they did anything - an outdoor pool with fenced area would be nice but that's the only thing I can think of that would make it better.

Very helpful staff on the front desk, both night and day. All staff were pleasant and very polite. We would have liked to have used the pool but it was out of service with chemical issues. The lady on the front desk asked the sister hotel next door if they would allow my 6yr old daughter to use their pool. They agreed. (Once there, we were made to feel like we weren’t wanted, by them. We left the pool feeling a bit embarrassed.) but nothing to do with the Hamptons staff. Great breakfast choice and the hotel was presented wonderfully.

It’s just a shame the pool was out of service in 100 degree heat.

Clean and presentable, great staff, the reception team were always on hand for anything we could ask for! The ability to sign into my own streaming service was great, pool was good, lots of parking, quiet neighbourhood, lots of places to eat nearby

coffee containers which were available during the day were not really hot! Luke warm would be a better description. Also when getting a cup of coffee late in the day, there were chunks of black residue from the coffee container not being cleaned properly.

The location was easy to get to; the staff were wonderful, the bed was very comfortable, very clean room

my only problem at all was the toilet was low to the ground (I am partially handicapped and it is hard to get down so low)

The staff was great and check-in/out was a breeze. The location was fine for where we needed to be. We were provided with bottled water when we arrived, which was nice.

The bed was super uncomfortable to me since I have back problems.

Grable at the front desk was very helpful and nice He told us about the area and gave very good recommendations. Always had a smile on his face when we left and came in ! Will be back

The staff was real friendly and welcoming. The room was awesome and perfect size for a suite. The pool and spa was awesome. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. We really loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Geoff at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was great with plenty of options for everyone in the family.

The bed was a little hard and the air conditioner was loud.
