The free breakfast was a plus! However the front desk staff were extremely helpful, caring, and super nice.

Our room was not cleaned during our stay housekeeping did not come by while we were out, the beds were messy, and trash bins were full. When we came back to our room from being out there was poop inside the toilet that was not from any of us. Because we were out together and we had used the restroom in the lobby before heading out. This means someone came into our room and used the restroom. We assume this was housekeeping as they can go into the rooms but yet our room was not cleaned.

Location and staff - the lady on the front desk was very helpful - did her best to over come problems with property - door keys did not work and had to get ones - this happened to several other guests.

The tv in our room was not working - again the front desk was trying to be helpful - asked where was the maintenance personnel - apparently he left earlier and back up, did not respond to her phone calls. Property was sold out for the night and couldn’t move us to another room - we agreed to stay at a reduced rate. Property is “a little” tired!

The breakfast had a hot option which was nice. The rooms were comfortable as well as the bed. It seems like a safe location.

The location is right next to the highway, so if you have a room closer to the highway, you may hear traffic. The breakfast was fine - we ate an hour before it ended, and there wasn't a lot of food left, but it was better than the previous days breakfast at another hotel. I will say that there is not a parking lot all around the building, so if you end up turning too late or too early, you either have to drive back out and to the other side or walk around the building - before you have a key of course.

Wish I knew about this property earlier, left my card at home (4hrs away) that I booked with and wasn’t able to check into any hotel. (Cause they require physical cards and no one accepted tap pay) Luckily they allowed me to check in and I was able to use a different card for the deposit.

Everything was fine other than the side door not working. Light would flashing green when keycard was placed obviously top, but it wouldn’t open.

Breakfast variety, location, amenities, etc.

Our top drawer didn’t stay closed & one of the lamp outlets wouldn’t work. On our second night the power went out for a few hours & when I asked at checkout for a discount the associate didn’t say anything just handed me my receipt.

Clean, friendly front desk staff who made sure we were happy. They changed us to another room after the TV didn’t work in the first room. Really enjoyed our stay.

Our toilet was leaking and they came to fix it. It continued to leak slowly a couple days later. It wasn’t a huge problem for us.

Mostly clean, beds comfortable, nice linens. Rao was very polite at check-in and out. Breakfast was great!

Great Breakfast. Hot items changed each day. Good variety of foods/drinks available. Excellent staff in all areas of the hotel. Tyler and Clayton at check in/out were outstanding. We ended up adding extra nights to our stay as we were happy with the hotel. Gym facilities were adequate for me. Comfortable beds and rooms.

Location was great for the places we wanted to visit.

The beds weren't awful but they could have been better. Could not get a handicap accessible room with double beds and a shower. That was disappointing.
