The room was clean, comfortable,and the staff were very good.

I was upset because we had to wait for a while and then they told us they couldn’t check us in because the internet was down. I ask if they have copies of the paperwork that we could check in the answer was no. Then they had to call the manager this made me upset because we had to wait even longer. We were going to a concert that night and we needed to get ready. Finally they got some paperwork for us to fill out and them we were given our. You need to have a system when this ever happens again to make copies of the paperwork ready so people cancel their stay or get’s upset.

I was pleasantly surprised. Biscuits and sausage gravy, pancakes, potatoes, cereal, bagels, breads and yogurt were available and very tasty. The coffee bar was plentiful and kept clean. The eating area was very clean and the ladies attending the food were very nice and friendly.

We did not care for the sausage. The sausage links were cooked well but the brand had no flavor. The turkey sausage seemed undercooked but I am not a personal fan of turkey sausage patties. Turkey links are better.

I like the location. Many restaurants around the hotel. It was very clean and the room was very spacious. Lot of room to put stuff around. Enjoyed every second of it.

Everything went well. I did not find anything bad about the hotel. The door to go to the next room had a double door so that was great. It made me feel safe knowing that no-one can come in a interrupt out space.

The hot breakfast was not up to its usual standards. We stayed 7 days , mostly had egg fold overs, potato, and sausage. no biscuits and gravy, bacon only once- I got the crumbles, and ran out of those wonderful cinnamon rolls. There was a problem with the coffee creamer cups. They curdled. Told there it was a new batch in, she pulled all and got new ones. Great. The next day they curdled again.

The staff are always pleasant. Breakfast is ALWAYS restocked with variety of the choices they offer until 9am when breakfast hours ends. Property management is top notch. Cleanliness and accessibility to extra needed items is top notch. I 100% always stay here when visiting the area.

There was nothing to not like.

The staff, this is including housekeeping, was very friendly. Front desk, every single person was very helpful and made me feel very welcome. The room was a king with so much space. No smoke smells, crisp and clean linens, clean microwave and Kuerig machine, bathroom was spotless with all DOVE PRODUCTS. SOAP SHAMPOO CONDITIONER LOTION.... very nice touch. Great breakfast in the morning, as well. I stayed for 6 days for family funeral. My stay here made it much more enjoyable despite the circumstances. I am definitely going to stay when I come back for ANY reason. Thank you HOLIDAY INN for a very pleasant experience 😊

I'm very picky about cleanliness, and this hotel always meets my expectations! The staff at the front desk are very personable. They actually take time to converse with me.

The traffic by the highway was loud. But the room as always is super clean.

breakfast was great as usual .convenient location for all our needs. Easy access on and off the highway , plenty of places to eat close by and for delivery. This is why I always try to stay with you or another IHG hotel .

Great hospitality, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was very warm and clean several restaurants in the same parking lot. Overall a great stay

It can be slightly difficult to navigate locally, but not overly complicated at all.

Breakfast was good. Lots of options to pick from.

The walls between the rooms must be thin. Because the people above me and next door were noisy. But its okay. I drowned out the sound with the air conditioner on auto.
