I loved how close it was to everything and how friendly the front desk ladies were.... nice to see happy people after a looooong time of driving. It was great. Easy check in and always a happy person at the desk the whole time.

Our bathroom in our suite (room 414) had issues and flooded... sometime wouldn't flush and the shower drain wasn't draining good. We had 6 people in the suite and was only given 1 bar of soap.

Friendly and honest staff, very professional. Very clean, most importantly the way we were treated as a group was amazing! We were there for a Cheer competition they had so much patience with our girls, as they were excited that we were traveling from another city. We will most definitely stay here again and also recommend it to our local schools it was this amazing. Thank you we truly appreciate your patience, and accomodations.

Friendly Staff. The breakfast was wonderful. Our room was perfect. Loved the location.

The elevators took too long to get back to the floors for pick up. The luggage carts were not returned by other guests. Carring a lot of luggage by hand and wrangling 3 kids was not ideal. If we kept waiting to see if we get one, we would have never gotten out of there.

Room was big. Very spacious. Provided blankets and pillow for the sofa bed. Not every hotel include them in the room.

I didn’t like that when I was about to use the sofa bed for one of my daughters it had a smell. She didn’t use it. The a/c looked like it wasn’t cooling enough. Breakfast wasn’t what I was expecting. It was very poor for my opinion.

Staff on check in exceptional with guest service. The girl working.. did not get the name, but she was great...smiling, very good at customer service. We had a problem with out ac unit she actually came up to try and get it to work. A good asset for the hotel. She truly is a good employee. Please check to see who was on duty last night November 01.... acknowledge her work for your hotel. She impressed the 3 of us. And no we are not related to her. She is a good asset for you.

Was a good hotel stay out of a 17 day trip.. so 16 nights in hotels nothing was a negative at all.

I loved the spacious and beautiful room we had and the hotel looked so luxurious!

Hot breakfast wasn't good and first day had ham that was cold and eggs and that were cold told staff and she ignored me and acted like she didn't hear then. Second day it was sausage same old eggs again they were cold. Milk ran out and the staff acted like it was a bother to get more

The location of this property was perfect for our needs. It’s an easy, five minute drive to our family members from this hotel and there are several restaurants and sports bars within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and well kept. There is a limited hot breakfast offered, and although it’s the same fare each day, it is tasty.

The gal that greeted us Thursday night was a sweetheart. It was nice to have breakfast. Maybe fresher pastries would be an improvement, LOL. The hotel was perfect for what we needed to do on our trip to Ft. Worth. Thank you.

Yes, n its located in a great spot. We came down for C-10 Nationals n it was in a good location for food quick shoppin. Everything n i mean everything was 15 mins or less. Downtown Ft Worth, the Stockyards, the zoo, n mostly Tx motor speedway.

Only one elevator, really needs two. Couple more luggage carts. Nothing major.

I liked everything about the property the rooms were clean and the breakfast was great!

I didn’t like that I paid way in advance and thought it was fully paid but when I got there they took another $100.00 and said it was a deposit. They didn’t say if I would get it back after the stay or not but it has not been returned as of yet and it was an expense that I should have been warned of before hand!!!!
