Friendly and honest staff, very professional. Very clean, most importantly the way we were treated as a group was amazing! We were there for a Cheer competition they had so much patience with our girls, as they were excited that we were traveling from another city. We will most definitely stay here again and also recommend it to our local schools it was this amazing. Thank you we truly appreciate your patience, and accomodations.

Staff on check in exceptional with guest service. The girl working.. did not get the name, but she was great...smiling, very good at customer service. We had a problem with out ac unit she actually came up to try and get it to work. A good asset for the hotel. She truly is a good employee. Please check to see who was on duty last night November 01.... acknowledge her work for your hotel. She impressed the 3 of us. And no we are not related to her. She is a good asset for you.

Was a good hotel stay out of a 17 day trip.. so 16 nights in hotels nothing was a negative at all.

The location of this property was perfect for our needs. It’s an easy, five minute drive to our family members from this hotel and there are several restaurants and sports bars within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and well kept. There is a limited hot breakfast offered, and although it’s the same fare each day, it is tasty.

I loved the spacious and beautiful room we had and the hotel looked so luxurious!

Hot breakfast wasn't good and first day had ham that was cold and eggs and that were cold told staff and she ignored me and acted like she didn't hear then. Second day it was sausage same old eggs again they were cold. Milk ran out and the staff acted like it was a bother to get more

I liked everything about the property the rooms were clean and the breakfast was great!

I didn’t like that I paid way in advance and thought it was fully paid but when I got there they took another $100.00 and said it was a deposit. They didn’t say if I would get it back after the stay or not but it has not been returned as of yet and it was an expense that I should have been warned of before hand!!!!

Yes, n its located in a great spot. We came down for C-10 Nationals n it was in a good location for food quick shoppin. Everything n i mean everything was 15 mins or less. Downtown Ft Worth, the Stockyards, the zoo, n mostly Tx motor speedway.

Only one elevator, really needs two. Couple more luggage carts. Nothing major.

Everything the staff was great and helpful,the breakfast was exceptional,king size room with hot tub was cozy and location was excellent with all kinds of restaurants in the area. If we ever go back I know where I would like to stay. Lots of things to do close by also.

We were in the process of relocating. The hotel was convenient to our home, and it was very comfortable. It was a very HOT, HOT, HOT weekend, but the a/c had no issues. We were very comfortable.

There was nothing to complain about. Everything was great!

It was clean. The breakfast was great. .

I went to breakfast at 6:30, and there were 3 people who came in who did not look like guests. The door to outside of the building to go to the pool was propped open with a mat. It's possible that they were not guests. There were people from the pool walking around in swimsuits/barefoot in the lobby and hallways. The bed skirt and bed runner had stains.

The hotel was very clean and when my brother came to visit he admired how clean and fresh the hotel looked. Hotel smelled fresh and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good from yogurt, cold cereal, eggs, bacon, toast and Texas style waffle in two flavors: blueberry & original really delicious. We were in a prime location close to everything.

So we had a bad view. Staff in morning kept saying they don't have lemons ( but they had a glass jar filled with lemon water). It was very refreshing.
