The room was ideal for a couple and the bed was so comfy. While they are renovating it was not disruptive at all. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The shower was very nice. It was the perfect place for our mini vacay and we slept really well and had no issues. The TV in the room was a good size and placement was good for watching on the bed. Overall would recommend and it was close to everything we wanted to do.

For a 3 night stay the trash was too small and we had trouble with where to put trash. It was 2 small bathroom sized cans and we did order food. There was a slight warm up period on the overhead hallway and bathroom lights and no light for the closet which was a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from our happiness with the room.

I chose to stay here because the reviews said the establishment was very clean. However, I did notice my rooms linens were not changed on a daily basis and was also not vacuumed. I had to take off the pillow covers on the third day so they could give me new ones. Also, the tub was badly scratched and the knob to turn on the shower head was hard to pull.

Very clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The chef came out and visited. The lady waiting tables and working front was simply adorable. She had the sweetest air about her. I believe she was working a double because someone had called in sick. It was Thanksgiving but she was still happy to be there. Stay was quite enjoyable.

We received the best customer service ever at this Holiday Inn. We had to book a last minute road trip stop with two toddlers in tow. I missed a call shortly after booking saying that it was an error and they didn’t have the room, so we arrived with all our stuff and two tired kids. Brian at the front desk did everything he could and managed to find a way to squeeze us in for the night. He went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t turned away. We are so thankful to Brian and Holiday Inn for saving the night!

It was clean and everyone was friendly. They even let me go back up to the room I stayed in when my husband forgot something in the room after I had turned the keys in.

I do not have a particular complaint about this trip. The roads around the hotel are incredibly bumpy but that doesn't have anything to do with the hotel.

The breakfast was really good. It was cooked the way I ordered it. And all the staff was friendly and always smiling. I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is under renovations, but that wasn't a problem.

The WIFI wouldn't work. I tried several times but couldn't get it to work.

It was generally nice

Tried to get drinks at the bar to take to my room. Lady working the bar was obviously not a bartender and didn’t know mixed drinks. I ordered two beers instead. She after several minutes said she couldn’t ring me up and took my ticket to the front desk. It took over 10 mins to do my payment.

Loved the quiet rooms. Noticed the “plush” touches added to the basic hotel rooms. Employees friendly.

Breakfast not included. Not even coffee!

Breakfast was ok. Bacon and sausage not cooked enough for my taste. Prefer fried eggs, not scrambled.

Staff was friendly and everything was fine. No hair driers in bathroom. No TV guide.

My mother and I had an amazing time at the doubletree, the staff was super amazing and extremely helpful and kind!🩷
