Love the size of the rooms. Very comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. Loved the fresh cinnamon rolls. All very cleaned and neat. The kitchen employees were very nice and professional. The indoor pool, was a plus particularly during winter time.

From desk being unattended specially late at night. For safety and security reasons, I recommend having someone at the front desk 24/7. Also, employees who are very knowledgeable about the use of the computer payment system. Observed customers getting into the front desk to assist. It's not a safe and good idea. These are great with excellent customer service employees, but they were certainly in need of training.

The breakfast was excellent. There was a good variety of different things to eat such as biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, omelets, bagels, oatmeal and more. Nice indoor pool only thing I can say that wasn’t working was the hot tub. I stayed there for 5 days and not one day did it work other than that it was a pleasant stay.

One day at the pool chlorine was super strong to the point it was burning mine and my fiancé eyes. Like I mentioned before I stayed for 5 days and not one day did the hot tub work. The jets worked but did not get hot at all.

The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was great. The ladies working the breakfast buffet were extremely nice and on top of keeping items filled and warm. The pool area was nice.

Asked me to leave my license to take a game to my room. I didn't because they had my credit card on file if I were not to return. Left the game in the lobby...not leaving my license for a $15 game

Everything was wonderful here. Had my daughters birthday party here with a few of her friends in the suite and they had a blast. All the staff was wonderful as well!

The only negative thing I could say is that the pancakes were too battery...they could have cooked for at least a minute longer but that's it!

I loved the rooms. It was great having a bedroom for my grandkids

My bedding was dirty when I turned down my bed for the night. I told the front desk the next morning and she had it taken care of. The pool had too much chlorine and a layer of dirt in bottom

Very clean, room service came every day of my stay.

The pool and spa pool needs to be clean out lots of debris in both areas. And to much of chlorine in it our eyes where burning and watery.

Housekeeping was hit and miss based on when we thought the room would be made up and also when we asked it wasn’t always done.

Powdered eggs were nasty and everything tasted very cheap. Orange juice was terrible

Didn’t leave enough towels each day.

Staff was more than helpful. Excellent..bed was super comfy..Breakfast was terrific!& next time I visit my sister and brother in law, definitely will stay here!
