We chose this place because it was the most affordable one in the area we wanted to stay, and we’re glad we did . Our room was really clean, and the hotel was in a good location. Seems like it was in a new part of town, so it’s kind of far away from the main city, but it also has some new restaurants around the hotel. There was no issue with traffic getting into the property. There’s security in the parking lot during night, and they even locked the front door of the hotel, which makes it feel safer for the guests. Andrea at the front desk was really nice too. Would come back again in the future.

Only stayed here two nights, but honestly nothing to complain about

nothing the stay was perfect

My special request for two rooms side by side with another guest were not initially honored when I arrived. Though it took 15 or 20 minutes of discussion with the manager, it did eventually get handled. I appreciated her accommodating us in the end.

The manager explained that when I book through Booking.com, they don't guarantee special requests. And that's true EVEN IF I received a note "from them" that my request was granted. They claimed it was auto-generated by Booking and not actually from them. No guarantees, even if in writing. I will look into that further for future bookings.

The lady at the front desk that checked me in was very nice with great customer service. I had a reservation next door that fell through. I was able to book this reservation in 5 minutes and my check in was 5 minutes or less. The lady was very efficient with telling me all what was included with my stay while finishing up the computer work at the same time. I left and came back, there was a man at the front desk that greeted me with a smile. The employees are great and my room was great, Very comfortable.

Loved the location. Quiet area but near to malls, airport, restaurants, etc.

I booked through Booking.com and prepaid my accommodations but when checking in was advised that I had to be charged again as the accommodations were not paid by Booking.com. So I am now trying to get my funds reimbursed from Booking.com. it is annoying and frustrating.

Location was great close too family and close to restaurants and shopping centers. The staff was friendly everyone i encountered spoke.

The breakfast was good could be better need more the one waffle maker. Grits would be a great add on.

Wonderful staff, hotel was very clean and smelled good. Breakfast was very good! Had 2 kids with me and they loved it! Actually stayed an additional day, and there were no problems at all.

Size of room was a little on the smaller size. Not much room to maneuver around with 4 people.

I like to stay at places that have a good gym. This hotel had an excellent facility with clean weights and really good cardio machines. I got a great workout in the morning. The free breakfast is a plus as well. We will definitely use Homewood Suites again in other citites if available.

The exterior looked good but the interior was drastically better. The location was great easy to get to with food and entertainment within 10mins in any direction

There isn't much I didn't like just a very minor the ng was the door to the swimming pool was busted and it was a pain to walk around

Good location, great staff, cleanliness, very comfortable room and bedding, just a really nice place to stay for a couple of day's

Keep the breakfast going to at least 11am as opposed to 10am, not everyone gets up in time to make it down before 10am
