Decent looking. Somethings needed replacement or should be updated. But over all it was great for what it was. But considering it’s so close to att stadium home of the cowboys. Lol. You would think it would be a lot nicer aesthetically. But the staff were very friendly and informative. The free breakfast was great!

The hotel room 328 wouldn’t cool down fast enough. The ac kept changing from the temperature it was set to. The bathroom light wouldn’t turn on after being off for a short time. The kitchen sink water faucet would stay on even in the off position. The faucet itself felt cheap. The fold out bed needs a new mattress. Booking.com said something about $7 an hour parking which is nuts… thankfully though the staff said there was no such thing.

The front desk were always friendly Hannah,Diana and I think her name was Ariel. They were all very, very friendly and very nice and the manager Mr. Cooley was very nice. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn Arlington South. The breakfast offered a delectable spread with plenty of options. As for the location, it's conveniently situated, allowing easy access to local attractions. Highly recommend it for both comfort and convenience.

While our initial room at the Residence Inn Arlington South had an AC malfunction, the front desk was swift in addressing our concerns. We appreciated being moved to another room promptly upon request. A hiccup in our stay, but their quick resolution showed genuine care for guest comfort.

Very welcoming! Clean rooms, front desk was always so nice! The first room they put us in the ac was working right, maintenance came fixed it quickly. Stopped working again and they were quick to put us in another room, no questions asked! Amazing staff!

The breakfast was good. The location was fantastic. It was between two shopping centers. There was a lot to do.

At breakfast, it would help for the worker to wear a hair net. We had a hair in our eggs.

Everything was clean, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. The location was very close to freeways and major sporting events.

The only thing that I didn't like was the parking. The parking spaces seemed to be very close to each other. It was also hard to find parking when we got back in the evening from our event.

Friendly staff

When we arrived in our room the television had no signal and I called the front desk and they said they would send someone & no one came for over an hour therefore I called again and someone finally came. There was a leak around the toliet & the shower knob was broken.

Very easy access to the Highway. Rooms are spacious and very accommodating for larger groups.

The back door didn’t fully lock sometimes, slight security concern.

Very friendly staff and the room was comfortable and very spacious.

The parking in the back area was on a slope.
