It was a great location while we were visiting family in Arlington, but also quite close to DFW airport as we had an early flight the next day. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and there was lots of space on the bathroom counter. Staff were friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out were very easy.

Little things that could have made the stay even better: more hooks to hang towels, jackets, hats on; a working outlet on the bedside table (the USB connection in the bedside lamp wasn't working). Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant.

It was a nice new building. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. They had great space in the lobby area for our team to hangout as a group. We will stay at this chain again, but as a couple and not as a family or team.

the bathroom situation is a little odd. There are no solid walls between the bathroom area and sleeping area. Breakfast wasn’t included which would have been nice.

This property is the best property that I’ve stayed in in USA. Cleanliness , vibe, friendly staff , deco is amazing. I loved everything . Very good value for money . The staff are so well mannered . However an error was made with my booking - see below

I pre booked my room with flights via Expedia but couldn’t travel as my sisters ESTA didn’t come out so I called from uk to explain that we will miss the first night and the booking should be changed to start the next day. The person that took that message over the phone did not update the system . So when I arrived the next day there was no booking . My Expedia booking was cancelled . I had to rebook via booking.com

I loved the wide open lobby yet there was space for so many activities (ie: pool table, board games, a full bar, hot food and individual nooks for folks who just wanted to watch the action or read a book) and so much light. Plus the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially beautiful Michelle.

Bathroom doors in the room didn’t close all the way. Bar staff were slow and it was not busy. The next morning 2 out of 3 bathroom stalls near the lobby were disgusting. There was food left on one of the tables and popcorn on the floor. Not impressed with the breakfast.

The rooms are so nice and clean!! (The whole hotel is!) The beds are very comfortable. Love that there’s a seating area within your room for working or eating at your convenience. The pool area was beautiful and the gym was equipped with everything you needed!!! The younger lady that was on duty the second have of my stay was AMAZING! She made sure to take care of me and my littles in the best way and she should be praised!! We will definitely be back!! This will be my go to spot when in Arlington!!!

Nothing!! ….Oh maybe that I couldn’t take your bed with me! We slept sooooo good!!

This place was so clean, quiet and the comfortable! Staff were amazing! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Needed a little more attention for cleaning by pool area

This is our second Stay at this property and we love it. The hotel is immaculate.. the staff are incredible all of them no matter what you need they will accommodate as best as they can.

Everything we love this Hotel and everything and everyone who makes our stays so incredibly.

The room was nice but the worst pillows ever. The set up was interesting with glass shower door and no door to the bathroom.

Pillows No breakfast-we were told to go down and order breakfast in the morning then got there and it wasn’t included and options weren’t good so left.

The hotel was nice and clean.

I absolutely hated that the shower area was open and did not offer privacy. My mom and I stayed the night while moving my daughter out of her dorm at UTA. A door to the shower area would’ve been great.
