OMG! The breakfast was delicious. The breakfast staff member was very nice, professional and helpful in my decision making process on what to eat for breakfast. The eggs were prepared with perfection, fruit and veggies were fresh.

My television and cable did not work properly. The front desk clerk did her best to accommodate me, were unsuccessful. I was unable to to watch any movies and/or television at all.. What can Courtyard do to compensate the inconvenience?

The staff was so friendly! My 8 year old daughter even commented that this was the nicest hotel ever because of the staff.

I would love hard boiled eggs at breakfast. If I remember correctly, the bathroom mirror was placed very high on the wall. My daughter couldn't see in. It was fine for me (5'10"), but odd.

For the handicapped, be aware (1) the bed requires you to be able to just about get off the floor, and (2) the "handicapped accessible" shower has grab rails but it's a normal bathtub; I almost could not get in or out. It is not really an accessible shower if your legs don't work. if you can't lift your legs (non-disabled people have no idea what it's like to have to use your arms to hold up as well as pull legs in/out... almost impossible and downright dangerous) you will not be showering.

Entire hotel and particularly staff Crystal

Booking.com basic rate was 143 (176.25 total) when I reserved the room and somehow it changed to basic rate 209 (246.52). I didn't notice change until we arrived home. I called Marriot & they said I have to call hotel directly & speak with Mary. I've repeatedly called this hotel but the point of contact is always busy in meetings and will not return my requests to return my calls nor reply to voice messages requesting a call back either.

BTUB IN BATHROOM NEEDS TO BE RECAULKED LOTS OF SPACE BETWEEN WALL AND TUB FOR WATER TO GET IN LOOKS LIKE THERE WAS SOME BLACK MOLD ALONG EDGE THIS DOES NOT LOOK INVITING NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED

I stayed 3 nights and I forgot my facial cleaning wipes. They provide you 1 in your room, which was awesome. However, 1 wasn't going to be enough. I asked Jacob at the front desk if they had anymore - he couldn't find any, but said he would let me know if he did. 15 minutes later, he personally brought some up to my room. Great customer service!

The ice machine was not working on my floor- a minor inconvenience. There was also a dripping noise above my room near the bathroom area - a possible leak from the room above?

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable.

The only thing they could improve on in the rooms are the lighting and working plug-ins. I know it's hard to up keep but in today's age we have to charge everything. And they charge $ daily for parking 😒

The room and the location. Everything was as expected.

Breakfast service. It was only 1 person getting orders and preparing them. It was not worth it. I would say it should be better to include a buffet with a couple of items, but not this service. One day I had to wait more than 20 minutes for the person to get my order and another 10 or so to get in on the table, and we have to consider it was not cheap.

They charge $10.00 a day for parking don’t get that it’s in an area that’s not downtown and was never half full.

Everything was squeaky clean! The staff was professional and friendly. Our 4th floor room was quiet and we parked near the entrance.
