Its location was very convenient, every place we went was all withing a few blocks. The ac worked amazingly. The temps that weekend where 107°+ but you couldn't tell while in the room

For the price I was expecting a little more out of the room. It was very bare compared to most hotels I've stayed at. The door to our room had only lock and that was the lock for the key pass. There was no deadbolt or slide lock

The location was very good for us as our daughter is a student of UTA.. So it was very near ..The hotel was clean .Ac was working. Good..I was concerned about the security. But it was OK.

On our check in night,the girl who was in thr reception ( although thr reception door always remains closed, don't know why ) was very friendly. May be her name is D. But the other staff named Kenny( he is an Indian American)who was very rude to us. Anything we were asking ,he was behaving so badly without any reason. He was the worst hotel staff I have ever seen.. other than everything was OK.

Good location, we felt comfortable & safe and the staff was really helpful.

The property was fine as we didn’t need much. The price was great for us. We booked thru Bookings.

It was close to our venue and was clean.

A couple of the pillows were extremely flat and when we requested another one, there weren't any. Also, for 2 people there was only one bath towel.

The room was nice and big Was clean and quite Near a boba place which was amazing

The blanket was as thin as a sheet so it was a big cold The shower didn’t work but the tub did #218

Well after staying there 7 consecutive days the prices went from low to high to the point of checking us out and leaving us low in funds and did nor were considerate of giving us a couple of hours time spend to regroup on our finances and pay for the room again

Kiddo left her phone and the staff retrieved it and got it back to us. Integrity is hard to find now days so thumbs up for this place due to customer service.

It was great for what we needed. We will consider this property again in the future.

It wasn’t perfect, but we didn’t expect it to be.

the price and location

there was no where to sit, I got the same room two separate times and there was no chair or anything to sit on.

they were super kind, we arrived late to the restaurant but they understood our situations and let us order some food. Prices are super right for the place there are.
