The value was exceptional for what we received. Breakfast quality was great and so was the spaciousness of the breakfast room. We weren't having to "fight" for room or food. The food was warm and the ladies kept everything filled. It was close to the ballparks, the malls, Six Flags, etc.. Overall, we were EXTREMELY happy that we booked this Comfort Suites. I have been a rewards member for over 20 years but this time we booked through Booking.com so the lady at the front desk said because of that, I couldn't get my points for this stay. That was the only "bummer", but YES, YES, we will stay here every time we come to this area - which is several times a year!!!!

upon arrival the desk receptionist just seemed preoccupied, though she had just assisted a customer in front of me. she never smiled, just asked for my id and card i was paying with, then said it was declined. I stated this card, she said let me try again, and then gave me a key card to room, i asked for 2 and she informed of breakfast time and how to get to room in a low voice, and i asked again the time for breakfast and just found the direction of the room on my own. The hotel was clean and enough room to serve the purpose of my stay. I was with my older sister and our 3 great nieces(they love to go anywhere). Breakfast was ok, the coffee not strong enough for me(and i drink it black), the girls all had waffles and sausage and eggs, apple juice galore. We went to the pool saturday evening and their were people coming and going. Overall the place was busy and kept clean. I asked the housekeeper for extra towels and she gave them to me. Enjoyed the stay, beds were comfortable...... I came down for my family reunion on my fathers side and had a great time!

The receptionist could be a little more present when you enter, and the butter is super half frozen(maybe sit some out in the morning).

Easy access to hotel, plenty of parking, rooms are clean spacious and comfortable. We were accommodated with early check in due to our home being fumigated. Pet friendly. The property is beautiful and well kept with a doggie run for pups. Overall experience was wonderful! Thank you Cindy for all your help. It felt like a little getaway. This location is prime with Papasitos restaurant next door, retail and gym so close not to mention the Texas Rangers ballpark and Cowboys AT&T stadium are at walking distance.

What’s not to like. King size bed, big screen TV, with a work station and couch. This is home away from home. The room was beautiful, property is centrally located. When I see my pups relaxed and snoring there’s nothing to dislike but smile and be happy for a wonderful experience.

We really like our room; it was extremely nice and clean upon arrival.

On Day #2 at 6:15 pm, we had not received any room service at all, no clean linen for our bed, trash was NOT pulled, and we did NOT get any clean towels. When I asked the Front Desk Manager - Sklyar about room service on Day #2 at 6:15 pm as we were leaving for the Texas Rangers Game, Skylar informed me that the Housekeeping Staff had left for the day and due to the Checkouts, our room was missed even though the cleaning staff was 2 doors down from our room when we left for our morning outing on Day #2 Truly Unacceptable

The shuttle was a great idea for the concert. Clean room's Bed's were soft, beds were comfortable. Close to the att stadium. Check in was fast. employees were nice. Breakfast was the normal hot hotel Breakfast, a lot of choices on breakfast items, coffee tasted great not that cheap taste.

Pull out bed in the room, u could feel the springs. Pool was out of order. Need lighting over the shower area or brighter lights in the bathroom.

Check-in went well. The sleeper sofa, bed, and TV were comfortable for our son, and the bathroom was nice. I asked for extra pillows, and they were comfortable. The room had a great AC unit in it, which kept us sleeping comfortably since we like it really cold.

The room smelled stale, and mold was visible in the AC unit, but the air was cold nonetheless, which was a plus. There were only two full-size towels, and we had three adults staying. There was no travel-size soap, so we just used the provided shampoo.

It was very close to the stadium and the staff all weekend

Well I would have to say that the bus ride to the stadium that the hotel offered is a joke so for 10 they bring you there and pick up so the pick up was not around said two vans would be working but just one and the person running the bus forgot his phone so he was lost making me get a ride back to the hotel talk to the front desk and they said that manager in the morning will work things out well I’m sorry to say that on October 2 the lady at the front desk didn’t have her coffee yet and told o well not good so get ready to walk

We have stayed here before and will continue to boom here for all our events at AT&T Stadium. It is right next to a Papasitos Cantina. The room was clean and the staff was great!! We always book this hotel for events at AT&T Stadium. They have hotel transportation available as well. We will continue to use this hotel for our reservations.

The hotel is under remodel right now so there do not have all there rooms available I suppose. Our check-in was at 3 and our room was not ready. We sat in the waiting area for 30-40 minutes and finally decided to go ask how much longer and they told us our room was ready. We were sitting in an eye view the entire time, so I'm not sure how long we sat there while our room was actually ready.

The staff was so friendly and pleasant and the room was very clean. I even walked by another room as they were cleaning one day and they had the mattresses pulled off, making sure they didn't overlook anything that needed to be cleaned! My family and I felt very safe at this location and everything we wanted to do or experience was a very short distance away!

Room was very nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Night staff was not at the front desk and had to wait for over 10 minutes. I had to call the hotel to let them know I was at the front desk waiting to get checked in. Then our hotel keys did not work. Morning staff was very unprofessional as she was talking to another coworker on speaker phone loudly and having a breakdown. At the same time there was loud inappropriate music playing from the front desk while children were present.
