I stayed here for three nights during a conference, and honestly, the place was so nice I didn’t want to leave. Spacious, clean, and very comfortable—I slept so well! I wish I had more time to use the pool, but still, a wonderful stay.

Not a major issue, but the entrance is right off a main road, which made access a bit tricky—especially when returning from the conference venue. You have to turn right immediately after a U-turn, which can be stressful for less experienced drivers. It might be more of a Google Maps issue, but just something to note.

Love that it is close to many attractions. We were there for a Rangers game, and the drive is just a couple of minutes away from the stadium. Loved the big room we stayed in. Liked that they had a convenience room stocked with drinks, medicine, and food.

Interior was a little outdated. Was nice, but can use a facelift. The couch in our room was very old and was definitely broken down as the cushions didn’t bounce back when you got up. The bed was not very comfortable, it was very firm, even for a normal hotel bed. The bathroom we had needed some work. It looked like they had tried to patch things in the Sheetrock, but didn’t repaint or make it look done.

I booked through a third party service, the wording stating that the king room slept 3 people was VERY deceptive. If a king room only sleeps 2 adults and a child, say that. Don’t just say it sleeps 3 people.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good.

As soon as you pull into the parking lot, the tall, uncut grass gives a bad impression of the hotel... the room smelled . I had to buy an air freshener to get rid of it. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Well built facility. Rooms are insulated well so that there is not much noise traveling between rooms. Good size refrigerators, desks, enough outlets, good pressure in showers, etc. Good variety breakfast.

Rooms need scratches on walls painted. Toilet handle is hard to flush but it works.

Pretty much ok. Have stayed with you before. Did notice new painting in stairways and carpeting throughout.

Well, your pillows are far too small for a king bed and there is a toe stubber at bathroom doorway.

The location was perfect for the event we were attending. The fresh beverage in the lobby.

The hotel wasn't kept as clean during the week-end. Hallways and elevators. No outside cigarette butt disposals.

we had a comfortable stay, breakfast was good, staffs are approachable. location's really good with our plans that weekend.

nothing really, i just think that they should try to update/renovate the place. The ambiance kind of looks really old and with the prices they have, you'll get much better looking room in another hotel.

The location was close within minutes to every place we needed to go to, the staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean!
