The customer service team was awesome and very responsive to my request. Thank you for all of your hospitality and support. Breakfast was great a variety of food to choose from. Property was clean well maintained . Safe place to come stay if you’re looking for something fun to do. Six flags is literally across the street from the hotel.

Only thing I didn’t like was the toilet needed to attended to as soon as we checked in the room. Had to go get a plunger from the front desk twice service the toilet ourselves. Also the fridge little door wouldn’t close inside.

I LIKED THAT THE LOBBY WORKERS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY NICE WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR ANYTHING YOU NEEDED, MORGAN FRONT LOBBY LADY WAS AWESOME! BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND THE LADY CELESTE THAT DID BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING I WAS THEIR WAS AMAZING. SHE MADE SURE TO HAVE EVERYTHING READY FOR EVERY GUEST IN HOTEL AND AS I COULD SEE, SHE WAS DOING IT ALONE. SHE WAS VERY NICE AND DEFINITELY KNEW HOW TO SHOW HOSPITALITY, AND I THANK HER FOR MAKING ME AND MY FAMILY FEEL WELCOMED. I DEFINITELY WOULD STAY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO STAY IF IN THE ARLINGTON AREA!! THANKS AGAIN TO THE AMAZING WORKERS YOU HAVE, I WOULD FEEL GREATFUL FOR HAVING SUCH GREAT PEOPLE WORKING FOR THE COMPANY. THEY DID IT WILL A SMILE EVERYDAY!! ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND READY TO GO UPON ARRIVAL, AND ALSO NEEDED TO CHEK IN A LITTLE EARLY AND MORGAN TOOK CARE OF US. A/C WORKS GREAT IN ROOM I WAS IN AND ALL OTHER AMMENITIES . GREAT LOCATION FOR QUICK ACCES TO RANGERS BASEBALL FIELD AND SIX FLAGS AS WELL AS TO PLENTY OF FOOD AND A NEARBY WALMART!

The speedy arrangement that was made for us, for a shuttle to the TRRMA Awards Show.

I liked everything. It was all great. Only tiny fuss was that we didn't have coffee pods in the room. But we improvised, and just walked down to the dining area. We were happy with everything. We have all discussed continuing to stay with your chain of hotels. Would like to put in a work order for our room though. The wall strip where the night table is, that's placed between the sconces, that we tried to use to charge our phones, did not work. So we shared the one plug strip that was placed under the television, in our room. That one worked. Thank you for everything.

Everything. The place is secured even at night. With amazing hot breakfast and amenities ( we didn't managed to use but we checked them out). The receptionist for morning and night are really nice- i forgot their names but they are very helpful. Thank you for making our first time stay a great experience. The rooms are big and clean

It is close to diverse entertainment venues around Arlington. The facilities were clean and the continental breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food to choose from.

The breakfast area was a bit overcrowded at times and some of the tables with the little seats were too close to the next person over seats so it was hard not to bump into the other guest eating

The room was clean and neat. The floor where our room was located was quiet although the hotel was full. The staff was friendly and courteous and willing to be helpful.

The free breakfast was only ok. It took almost no effort to set up. Everything was prepackaged. Very little fresh anything except the waffle mix. The fruit wasn’t very visually attractive. They were were slow keeping the coffee pots filled and supplied.. Having stayed there previously. The breakfast was disappointing. I would preferred to pay less and gone elsewhere to eat.

Location, easy on and off the freeway. Housekeeping took all the towels and didn’t replace but the next day went down to front desk and she took care of everything. When we arrived at the hotel the night front desk was more worried about her drink coffee whatever she was getting to come help us

The hotel location is great. The staff was nice and the room was comfortable..

Only one elevator was working, and it was very complicated to go up.and go down with so many guests especially in the mornings. I had to wait almost five minutes to go down in a crowded elevator every day. Besides, the breakfast was very simple. It would have been great if they served scrambled egg or sunny side eggs at least.

Our room had a view of Six Flags! Although the hotel is located close to a busy interchange, the location was very convenient. The room was comfortable and spacious, and we appreciated having both a sofa and a desk. Breakfast was standard, but I liked that there were egg white omelets and a good selection of spicy sauces (this is Texas, why not?)

Street noise is sometimes loud.

no ice in any machines; there were baseball teams there filling ice chests with all the ice. Need one ice machine perhaps for guests who need ice that aren't part of a baseball team. The hallways were very hot. The elevators were dirty. Carpets old and worn. No towels or washcloths in our room . Front desk did bring them up for us however which was appreciated. Entire carpeting needs replacing
