Great location if you come to Arlington to catch a Rangers game, because there is a stop for a free trolley right in front of the hotel. The room is huge and the bed is super comfy.

I arrived around 3 pm ( official check-in is at 4 pm) and the desk clerk wanted to charge me $25 USD extra for early check-in, so I refused and I came back 1 hour later. The coffee machine in the room didn't work but I was told to get free coffee in the fitness center.

Our stay was fantastic! All of the employees were so kind and friendly, and they were very understanding and helpful when I had issues with my debit card upon arrival. I can't thank them enough, especially Laura Mullican and the other female employee at the front desk. (I'm sorry, I didn't get your name!) We stayed in a one-bedroom queen suite. The room was very clean and tidy. There was a microwave, full-sized refrigerator, stove-top, and dishwasher. There was a large-sized pantry, and the cabinets and drawers were well-stocked with everything you would need: glasses, plates, bowls, pans, cup towels, and silverware. There was also a one-cup coffee maker. The shower had great water pressure, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers on the shower wall. The bed was firm, but not too hard. It was very comfy, and the pillows didn't hurt my neck, which is unusual because they're usually full of air, but these pillows were very nice. There was also a sofa bed in the living room. We didn't use it for the bed, just to sit on and watch TV. The bedroom also had a TV. We stayed 4 nights in August and the room was so cold we almost froze (haha) but we didn't mind. We love a cold room!! Better than too hot!! I do think there might have been an issue with the thermostat, though. We tried to turn it down several times, but it just stayed cold. And several times, there was an error code showing. This hotel is on the Arlington Trolley route, which was wonderful. It runs at various times to many of the attractions nearby. We rode it to Six Flags and back, and it also took us to Globe Life Field for the concert we were attending, and it brought us back. If you want to ride the trolley to a specific event, you may need to make a trolley reservation ahead of time. You can do that through the trolley website. I've added a few pictures from our trolley ride. We will definitely stay here again!!

We were so impressed with the room. Clean and cozy. My husband said we will ALWAYS stay here when in the area. Bed was so comfortable and I had just had shoulder surgery 2 weeks before our stay. Wished the check in area was bigger and turn down the MUSIC but that would be the ONLY thing I would say needs improvement. I would definitely recommend to friends and we will be back ! Book here if you want a good nights sleep.

Love how private the stay is. It is kind of like a self-serve stay. Perfect for my introvert husband and myself. The rooms are cozy and if you want to cook your own meals you can. I loved the location of the hotel, and everything was super close. So much to do!

There wasn't much we didn't like. The only thing that happened was the AC unit started leaking, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. They offered to switch rooms for us, but we declined since it was the last night of our stay.

I really like the location as I usually attend Dallas football game and the pet area is great for my dog.

I would like to suggest upgrading your work out room. May-be have equipment that you can connect with your earplugs to watch TV. Something that was not previously required was paying for parking. I think that is unreasonable because although the hotel is nice it has not really changed/been upgraded from what I’ve seen. The cost of the stay should cover parking for the customer.

Sonesta was very accommodating to my needs. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They answered any questions I had. They gave out paperwork with close by restaurants, attractions, stores, & things to do in the area. If I’m ever back in Arlington I will definitely be staying again. Also the front desk supervisor Carla called, messaged and emailed me to assure me that my deposit was fully refunded on the correct card! She went the extra mile and I appreciate that because most ppl wouldn’t have done that!

We actually prepared our own breakfast in the room. It was mostly fruits and raisin toast and coffee. It was a great convenience not to have to leave the room for breakfast

The curtain above the AC Unit was blowing open. The room smelled of wet. (carpet). We brought an air freshener. That seem to help. Other than that, we have no complaints

First, thank you to the wonderful staff for accommodating the early arrival. The decorations were wonderful and I loved the fact it smells fresh and clean when you walk in. The room was beyond what I expected for an older hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Whatever you have to do to keep this crew, please do, every shift was awesome and I appreciated them. The location is little out the way, but there is a trolley to take you to local destinations.

Front desk staff were super nice & accommodating! Enjoyed speaking with them! Location of this hotel is fantastic if you need to get to anything around the downtown Arlington area. We went to AT&T Stadium & loved the fact it was only 5 minutes away. We plan to stay here again when we visit for Six Flags, Globe Life Field, etc.

Size of the beds. Would like to either have King size option (1 bed in room) or 2 Queen size beds (2 beds in room.) 1 Queen & 2 Fulls doesn't work great with families.

My boyfriend works night changing blowout and flats tires for several of the police depts. and he has to have easy access to the door. They put us right at the back door it was great.

They charged me almost a $100 for my support dogs, That was a lot of money and I didn't have. Plus I stayed at your Plano they didn't charge me. Because of that charge I won't be back to the Arlington hotel. It was my birthday I didnt get to go to Six Flags because of the extra charge
