The staff was amazing and super nice! Place smelled and looked very clean and room was great.

The waiters in the R bar and grill weren’t as nice as the hotel staff, and we weren’t expecting to pay $19 a person for breakfast everyday. I feel like for the price breakfast should be included, even though it was better than most hotel breakfasts. I also wish

The location of the hotel provided me with easy access to all my destinations. Upon observing the area, it seemed to be a quiet and safe one. Hospitality with the staff was inviting and additional information was provided for our stay. The comfort of the bed was a plus.

I did not like the inconvenience of waiting for hot water. We had to call for assistance with this matter. The water in the tub didn’t drain properly. It was like standing in a tub of water while showering.

Friendly staff and the text messages to check on how things were going. Also quick response when I asked for a new remote control for the TV .

The adjoining room door allowed for too much noise to enter my room. Thankfully the next door neighbor wasn't noisy but I could hear sounds coming from over there like cabinets closing and whenever an item was placed on their desk. Some sound proofing material would be helpful around the adjoining door.

THe staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was exceptional in regards to our focus of the trip. There was also convenient trolley service to the stadium for our concert

There was a lot of holes in the ceiling and the walls. Some of the outlets did not work.

The location was extremely good. It was close to AT&T Stadium where I attended a Dallas cowboys football game. We had dinner the first night at the RBar in the lobby. The food was good and the waitress was extremely attentive.

The room was cold and we had a hard time getting it to a good temperature for us.

The gym is very nice, clean, and has good equipment. Bathrooms in the lobby very clean as well. Room was great.

No microwave was about the only thing. I did have to switch rooms late at night because the pullout bed had no mattress but they were very kind and accommodating and made it easy to move to the next room.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was overall clean. The staff was super accommodating to everything we needed.

Nice remodeled room. Liked the high sink. View was great as well.

The Pool was closed due to maintenance. I wasn't aware of this when booking. There should have been a notice saying the Pool was closed. Very disappointed.
