I booked months ahead and due to an error with a previous facility my card was having issues and the manager worked with me to get my family into our room without shaming me over my card issues or kicking us to the curb before I could get it fixed. Most places would have turned me away without a care even after the fact that I drove over 1k miles to get there and that the room was prepaid in advance. So thankful and grateful for such a caring and understanding staff and manager! ❤️

Towels could be softer for money paid even months in advance

We stayed for a wrestling convention, and the service was phenomenal. We chose breakfast included, and the breakfast buffet had great options. Table service was given even if you had the breakfast buffet vouchers. The omelet station was great. The bar/restaurant was great, too. The food was good and the service top notch. Our room was spacious. The pool area was beautiful, and the pool was nice. We wished it was a little deeper but still enjoyed it.

I appreciate you keeping it safe for me as you know these Dallas items can get very costly!! 3. ARI - Room Service Attendant You were such a sweet & kind young lady! Our 2 minute talk in the hallway with the glass of champagne made it all worth it. I will hold you to the coffee next time around!! 4. Breakfast Buffet Staff Boy do you guys know how to be great host / hostesses! It was such a great feeling getting up early enough to eat and still have time to snack again! I appreciate the buffet being open from 8-11am. It gives us late bloomers to still get a good eat in! Lastly, THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL!!! From the inside to the outside! We were there to watch a Dallas game and all of my ubers were less than 10 bucks! Totally worth it all. Texas Live is literally 7 minutes away and you can find everything you need at walmart (which is also like 5 minutes away). I will be staying here again and again and again!! SCOTT DONT YOU DARE EVER LEAVE THIS PLACE!!! You make it such a great place for everyone!! I will be back Texas!!!

We loved everything about the Sheraton Arlington. We were staying there as we were attending the baseball. We spent the afternoon relaxing by the beautiful pool. Then walked to and from the baseball game - the hotel is in a really good location. The coffee shop made a lovely iced latte, staff were lovely and the rooms were clean and very comfortable with good views over the theme parks. Breakfast was delicious and I loved the fresh omelette I had made. Parking was easy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location for six flags, easy access to Dallas and Fort Worth, staff were very friendly and nothing was to much for them, breakfast was really good to. Walking distance to Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys stadium, although hotel offer free trolley service

Depth of swimming pool

The buffet breakfast had many options and the food was delicious. The hotel and my room were very clean. Upon arrival the front desk staff were friendly and had me check in quickly and 2 hours prior to the check-in time. The location of the hotel was in perfect walking distance from Globe Life Field stadium, it was about a 10 min walk. I was attending a conference and felt very safe walking there daily morning and evening.

I left a very special notebook and pen in my room #1844 on the bed accidentally and when I called housekeeping to see if it was returned, I was told no not at the moment, but they would look into further and get back to me. No response after 1 day. I called back and spoke to the front desk and I was told they would look into it and get back to me and they didn't. This was very disappointing!

The food and service was a great value. The buffet breakfast was delicious and very reasonable priced. All of the staff were very friendly from check-in to check-out. It’s located on the trolley route to the Globe Life ballpark, which was a great convenience.

The hotel should consider having a shuttle to the airport. The Uber was $50 from the hotel to DFW airport.

Bathroom was really small and for the price the room was small as well. No real good selection or convenience for snacks and drinks and very pricy for the snacks

The staff was very friendly. We had a problem with the blinds in the room when we arrived. Cal arrived at our room and was over the top friendly and efficient. He fixed the problem very fast while apologizing on behalf of the hotel for the inconvenience. Cal gave us access to the lounge for our troubles. We visited the lounge on the 18th floor for breakfast on Friday morning. Barbara was the most friendly, interactive and provided great service. Knowing the Sheraton has people like Cal and Barbara working there is the reason we would recommend and stay at the Sheraton again when we revisit Arlington.

The only problem we had was not very much sleep due to the elevator. We were in the closet room right out of the elevator and could hear it all night. The clanking of it going up and down was very loud.

Extremely clean, well decorated, the staff was very helpful and friendly. I liked being able to walk to the stadium and the fan event in the hotel, too.

It would be nice to have a connecting sidewalk from the hotel to the street sidewalk.
