There are not enough words in the dictionary to explain how grateful and thankful I am for you! You made a 3 day trip to Texas worth it all!! There are those you meet in life who leave an imprint on your soul- and you totally did that for us!! 2. GWEN - Guest Services Agent Thank you for obtaining my lost belongings I left at the front when I was gossiping with Scott LOL. I appreciate you keeping it safe for me as you know these Dallas items can get very costly!! 3. ARI - Room Service Attendant You were such a sweet & kind young lady! Our 2 minute talk in the hallway with the glass of champagne made it all worth it. I will hold you to the coffee next time around!! 4. Breakfast Buffet Staff Boy do you guys know how to be great host / hostesses! It was such a great feeling getting up early enough to eat and still have time to snack again! I appreciate the buffet being open from 8-11am. It gives us late bloomers to still get a good eat in! Lastly, THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL!!! From the inside to the outside! We were there to watch a Dallas game and all of my ubers were less than 10 bucks! Totally worth it all. Texas Live is literally 7 minutes away and you can find everything you need at walmart (which is also like 5 minutes away). I will be staying here again and again and again!! SCOTT DONT YOU DARE EVER LEAVE THIS PLACE!!! You make it such a great place for everyone!! I will be back Texas!!!

We loved everything about the Sheraton Arlington. We were staying there as we were attending the baseball. We spent the afternoon relaxing by the beautiful pool. Then walked to and from the baseball game - the hotel is in a really good location. The coffee shop made a lovely iced latte, staff were lovely and the rooms were clean and very comfortable with good views over the theme parks. Breakfast was delicious and I loved the fresh omelette I had made. Parking was easy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The buffet breakfast had many options and the food was delicious. The hotel and my room were very clean. Upon arrival the front desk staff were friendly and had me check in quickly and 2 hours prior to the check-in time. The location of the hotel was in perfect walking distance from Globe Life Field stadium, it was about a 10 min walk. I was attending a conference and felt very safe walking there daily morning and evening.

I left a very special notebook and pen in my room #1844 on the bed accidentally and when I called housekeeping to see if it was returned, I was told no not at the moment, but they would look into further and get back to me. No response after 1 day. I called back and spoke to the front desk and I was told they would look into it and get back to me and they didn't. This was very disappointing!

The food and service was a great value. The buffet breakfast was delicious and very reasonable priced. All of the staff were very friendly from check-in to check-out. It’s located on the trolley route to the Globe Life ballpark, which was a great convenience.

The hotel should consider having a shuttle to the airport. The Uber was $50 from the hotel to DFW airport.

The staff was very friendly. We had a problem with the blinds in the room when we arrived. Cal arrived at our room and was over the top friendly and efficient. He fixed the problem very fast while apologizing on behalf of the hotel for the inconvenience. Cal gave us access to the lounge for our troubles. We visited the lounge on the 18th floor for breakfast on Friday morning. Barbara was the most friendly, interactive and provided great service. Knowing the Sheraton has people like Cal and Barbara working there is the reason we would recommend and stay at the Sheraton again when we revisit Arlington.

The only problem we had was not very much sleep due to the elevator. We were in the closet room right out of the elevator and could hear it all night. The clanking of it going up and down was very loud.

The location, location, location...perfect for getting to the stadium, six flags, and any other tourist attraction near by.

Elevators were not dependable. There was one day/time when only one was working which created a good sized line to get on. The room we had didn't have any chairs, with the exception of the desk chair, to sit around the table. This made it a bit uncomfortable to eat breakfast.

The staff were great. Xavier at the front desk was a great help, friendly and informative. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. They gym was a good size and good equipments

The pool area could be a bit more lively to make it more desirable to spend time there.

It is located near the Tx Rangers ballpark and the Trolley made it very convenient to get to and from even in 108 temps. I stayed her a few years back. It's certainly cleaner and nice now.

Price was high, but likely driven up by the winning Rangers and the concert at the other park. Rooms are smallish as it's an older building, bathroom very small. But overall great experience.

I picked the hotel because of its proximity to Globe Life Field, and it was the perfect location. We were able to walk to the stadium and surrounding restaurants. The room was nice, and the bed/pillows were so comfortable which made for a great night sleep. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and the food was excellent, and prices were reasonable.

Breakfast was amazing, orange juice was the best part. The view of the stadiums and six flags parks. The pillows were comfortable unlike most hotels. Employees were smiling and polite, had answers for my questions.

The bar opening at 3pm on football Sunday. Having to call the hotel to request room being cleaned, new towels. That did slip our minds to call, be easier if it was a requirement to clean, new towels instead of us having to remember to call and ask before 1pm. If we are having excitement and fun, we will forget and won’t have new fresh towels for a shower.
