The staff and quality of rooms at Drury are always top notch. We're never disappointed and always book them when they're an option in the location we're traveling to. They all treated my service dog like family and that means the world to my husband and I. When we arrived, their system had overbooked, so the room they had available had a television that wasn't working properly so they made our stay half price! It was so sweet and they offered to do that before we even went up to the room. They were very transparent about their issues upon arrival and accommodated us without asking. We love this chain so much and we always make great memories at Drury hotels! I always recommend them to friends and family!

I really honestly can't think of anything!

Absolutely everything. This was the best hotel stay we have ever experienced. The staff was amazing and friendly. The room and facilities were clean. Even though the hotel seemed to be full, it was super quiet in our room. It was less than 2 miles from the stadium (Rangers game). And was literally right on I-30 which is the interstate that took us home. The area around the hotel was very nice as well. Lots of convenient places to shop and eat. Felt like a safe part of town.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. Kind of bland. The coffee was good though.

We stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Arlington from July 4 to July 7 and were absolutely thrilled with our experience. As a couple from Switzerland who has spent over 50 nights in U.S. hotels over the past two years, we can confidently say: this was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Our 2-room suite with a king bed was spacious, spotless, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we both slept like a dream every night. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, from the room to the lobby and breakfast area, was outstanding. What really stood out, though, was the warmth and professionalism of the staff, both at reception and in the restaurant. Check-in and check-out were fast, friendly, and completely hassle-free. We also appreciated the generous breakfast each morning: great variety, high quality, and plenty of seating, even at peak times. Although we missed the evening “Kickback” due to our time at Six Flags Park, we could tell that this hotel offers far more than the basics. It's very well located, the price-performance ratio is excellent, and it’s clear that this hotel is run with care and attention to detail. From now on, we’ll specifically look for Drury Hotels when booking future U.S. trips; this experience set a new standard for us. Highly recommended!

This is the best hotel I have stayed at. The property was very clean and easy to find your way around. The staff was very friendly every time we interacted. I also really appreciated that they provided both breakfast AND dinner it really made our stay a whole lot easier and enjoyable. The menu was very good as well. I have 3 boys and a toddler with me and they all ate everything off their plate. The building and especially the rooms themselves were the cleanest I've seen from any place I've stayed at. I have no complaints at all. This was an amazing stay.

The location was ideal, the food was okay, staff was friendly and the facility was generally very clean.

The bed was not comfortable for me. The floodlight shone directly onto the building. That was not good at all as that forces you to keep your blinds closed at night so that the light does not get into your room. At night you can be easily seen from the parking lot if you open the blind because of the light. The light I believe is supposed to shine on the hotel name at the top of the building. That was a wrong idea as it shone on the building and all the windows in the front. I was on the 7th floor.

Clean and near UT

I asked one of the receptionist where to find an ice machine , she replied with irritation that I asked her, “every floor has ice machine”. We stayed in 2nd floor and we looked everywhere and there was no ice machine. I saw a cleaning lady, vacuuming one of the rooms and I asked her, she promptly replied that it is located in 3rd floor. So obviously that receptionist lady did not know where it was located and would be nice if she was a little friendly that showing irritation that a customer asked her about it.

The hotel staff were extremely nice from the time we checked in to the day we checked out. They answered any questions we had and were always willing to help. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was really good! There were times that they didn’t have enough staff to accommodate the orders coming in but the wait still wasn’t that long. The waitress and bartender remained calm and kind to everyone even though they had a lot of orders coming in! The location was perfect. The conference we attended was at Globe Life which was less than a 10 minutes drive so the hotel location was great! I really enjoyed the hotel offering free breakfast and dinner daily along with 3 free drinks! That’s unheard of and it made me feel like I was receiving more than I paid for.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have complimentary waters in the rooms so we had to keep purchasing waters from the hotel’s market. I didn’t like that they didn’t have antibacterial soap to wash your hands with.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with everything it had to offer. First and foremost, the full breakfast was fantastic. They had a great variety of options, from made-to-order omelets to fresh pastries, and everything was delicious. It’s the perfect way to start the day, especially if you’re planning on doing some sightseeing. Dinner was equally as impressive. The restaurant offered a range of dishes that were well-prepared and flavorful. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was comfortable, making it a great spot to relax after a day out. One of the best perks was the complimentary drinks in the evening. Whether you’re in the mood for a glass of wine, beer, or a cocktail, the selection was great, and it added a nice touch to the overall experience. The amenities were also top-notch. The fitness center was clean and well-equipped, and the pool area was a lovely spot to unwind. Free Wi-Fi was reliable, which is always a plus when traveling. In terms of location, it couldn’t have been better. The hotel is conveniently close to all the major attractions, so I was able to walk to most places or take a short ride to others. This saved a lot of time and made it easy to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Between the great food, free drinks, excellent amenities, and proximity to local sights, it offers great value for money. I’ll definitely be returning!

"Our stay at the Drury Hotel was exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding staff. Conni (or Consuela) was truly amazing, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We checked in on Friday afternoon around 5 PM, and the front desk attendant, whose name began with a 'T,' did a fantastic job. Despite distractions from another desk clerk, he remained focused on us throughout the entire process. It's rare to see such dedication and professionalism, especially in someone so young. As he handed us the keys to our room, we were pleasantly surprised when he offered us complimentary drinks and dinner. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it certainly made a lasting impression on us. We will definitely be staying here again!"

We had a wonderful stay at the Drury Hotel in Arlington. The room and hotel were impeccably clean, and the customer service was exceptional. Everyone in the hotel was very cheerful, helpful, and attentive. The included breakfast had plenty of options, and the food was good. There is a fitness center in the hotel. It has a decent amount of workout equipment and has enough to provide you with a decent workout. Every night from 5:30-7:00, they conduct a kickback social where they provide light food and three drinks. The hotel is located in a very nice area and is minutes from Globe Life Field, AT&T Stadium, and many different restaurants. The next time we're in Arlington, we will definitely stay here.
