The front desk’s service was really great, I had to modify my reservation in a way that ended up being challenging for them, but they were friendly and supportive and didn’t give up.

Manager (Mike Patel) was extremely accommodating, friendly and went out of his way to make my stay great! Bed (mattress) was new and very comfortable. My bedding was changed upon my arrival and room was very clean. New floors looked very nice. Upon completion of the renovation in progress, this hotel will be even better.

Close to street with quite a bit of traffic as well as a gas station right next door made my stay quite noisy. Property was in the middle of renovation with new furniture coming in which will make the rooms better in the future. Hair dryer didn't work and come to realize after manager was extremely helpful in bringing a new hair dryer that it was the outlet that was not working. Manager (Mike Patel) really cares about property and guests and will get this turned around.

I liked the bed, the available TV channels and I enjoyed getting a shower during my stay

The area near the Ice making machine should be neater

The hotel made up for the bad night before and made me feel like they understand and uncomfortable and was willing had to correct it

The room got cold enough to sleep comfortable

Parking lot wasn't that great but we enjoyed the stay overnight

the facility is under new management and they are renovating. we enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

The room had been remodeled, with all new furniture. Within 5 minutes to 6 flags, football stadium or baseball stadium.

Close access to highway

No pool for the kids

It was easy to find and get to.

The only sign for the motel was the exit arrow. Never did see an Enter sign.
