Great for attending Rangers game! There is a trolly that will take you to and from the stadium however we did not use it - you could walk from here but we decided to drive and park closer just because it was hot but plenty of parking — the location was the big seller just because we only stayed the 1 night for the rangers game. Staff were extremely friendly and made sure we knew where and how to do the trolley in case we decided to take it. There is an outdoor pool which my little loved! Overall the hotel was clean it is a little dated but clean only complaint is there is a smell to the room not sure what it was but be warned there is a smell - free parking and it felt very safe

The guy that checked us in was very knowledgeable, very professional and just a pleasure to talk to. We had reservations at another hotel and they cancelled our reservation with no explanation at all and they were so rude. We came from Louisiana and my son who lives in Texas told us to try this hotel . The hotel clerk even made it possible to get our rooms right next to each other. Best decision ever..We definitely will be back on our next visit. I didn't get his name but I'm sure you guys know who he is . We checked in around 5 pm on July 27 . You guys keep up the good work.

The toilets . Water pressure wasn’t very strong so it kept getting clogged . Also we had to constantly request small towels and 1 night they were out . Also , cleaning . Our beds were made over but the floors hadn’t been swept. Other than that everything was perfect. I’d pick this hotel every time I come from now on!

Didn’t eat breakfast unfortunately The blind wouldn’t go down and my blind wouldn’t close so that was scary once nightfall hit The room was nice and spacious I was ecstatic to see a microwave Wish I had a tub, I like to soak But I couldn’t be picky with the time I checked in Was ecstatic I was able to check in early bec I was EXHAUSTED There was a major mishap with the reservation but the lady at the front desk made it minor I had to hunt for the front desk clerk but she was the only one working and they had her doing audits which she said could only be done in the back It took me 30 minutes of waiting and looking for someone before I was helped Had I not already booked and paid I would have left and went elsewhere I loved the location Didn’t have to struggle to find a parking spot Walls are very thin and I could hear everything so I just turned the TV up The beds were extra low but comfortable Had a mishap with the shower head going haywire and water going everywhere but nothing a towel couldn’t get up Seemed safe

Very clean and fixed up nice.. the cleanliness will get me every time . The staff was friendly and attentive.. good customer service is hard to come by both the young lady that check me in (so sorry I forgot her name) and Terrance that checked me out were both nice

Everything was cool . Just know breakfasts is not included.. but hey they let you know up front.. I like the option to choose instead of paying for something I might not desire every time.

The size of the room and everything inside the room was nice. Had everything we needed. It is located in a quiet area, easy to come and go.

I wish there was more information of surrounding places to visit or explore. Not necessary but a little more seating in the lobby would be nice.

We opted to eat breakfast elsewhere. We misunderstood when Angel said it was a restaurant style breakfast. We thought it was included rather than a continental breakfast. We tried getting breakfast in house in spite of this; but I think the staff in the restaurant was overwhelmed and it seemed to take awhile for other guest to get there breakfast. A party was getting there orders one at a time and not all at once. So after waiting a bit we went to a place close by called Pioneer.

The tub had a stain that seemed like it could've been cleaned with some good scrubbing or painted over if it was a permanent stain. Other than this is was pretty clean and well kept.

It was the perfect location. We were around all kinds of places of entertainment. It was clean and perfectly spacious for my family.

The sheets for the pull out sofa we had to go downstairs to get them ourselves, I think they should keep them in the room somewhere.

Perfect location, great room, excellent experience. I did not try the restaurant or the pool they looked great. Upgraded my room just because they could. Shower was large and toiletries were provided. Bed was comfy.

The lighting in the room was too dim but the lighting in the bathroom was super bright. Pillows could have been a bit more solid.
