Room was beautiful and spa tub was great just make sure you fill it all the way up before turning on or you think it doesn’t work.

That the spa tub took so much time to figure out haha. But that’s a user error. The staff couldn’t telll me anything or anyplace to go in town . I asked multiple front desk workers and they kinda of looked at me like I was stupid when I asked what fun stuff there was to do in town or good restaurants. That’s half your job girl figure it out!

It was off and out the way, the facility was a great size, the rooms are amazing, and the price is decent.

The entrance is alil iffy to me but that’s it based upon what I did use of the facility. My room key wouldn’t stay activated so I had to go to the desk. Other than that, I believe the Lux will be my new hotel of choice.

놘 – Some of the Prime parking spaces lended themselves to birds and sap from the trees, otherwise it was Top Notch. Spa sweet could have been slightly larger but the slightly larger rooms are more for families and not for couples and the trade-off is the Jacuzzi hot tub. That being said the hot tub was definitely worth the room.

The gym and game room complete with jukebox and billiards table and a nightclub on site gave it a major appeal!!! I attended a birthday party at the nightclub and it was awesome!! The club even has a outdoor sitting area with cabanas and pool access. Very nice hotel!!! Staff is extra nice and accommodating

Comfy beds, quiet room, game room, ample lobby and conference seating, gift shop food and drink selections; easy to access restaurants and entertainment from our location; our room was on the top floor.

Need to serve breakfast. House keeping was on demand and not automatic...these and other things were not explained to us like wifi and where the laundry room was. Just give us a list of features when we check in. Rooms need a cable channel list. Guide was difficult to find and channels availability sporadic. Bathroom was small or toilet was too large...not sure

Gym was very nice and had many weight machines which is impressive. It's clear the conference rooms/meeting space was nice. Front desk staff very friendly & accommodating.

Property borders highway and it is very very noisy. Lighting in room wasn't ideal. Only light in main room was nightstand and desk lamps.

How close to the venue it was, location in proximity to highways. The price was ok given it was for a large concert but was twice the price of a regular night. Room.was very basic but still comfortable.

Room/bathroom were a little tight. The room was a bit warm when entering.

Very nice decor and amenities. It is very impressive. The rooms were nice and they had a well stocked gift shop to make up for the lack of breakfast.

They still don't serve breakfast, and the restaurant is only open on the weekends so you have to order delivery or go out. It is difficult if you are traveling and staying for several days.

It was clean, and quite, in good location. Staff was nice. Food was ok. Overall nice hotel. I would definitely stay again. It was definitely worth the money. It was one of the cheapest hotels I saw to book. Btw…I never do surveys.

Weird smells. Our room smelt weird. Lobby smelt weird. Elevated smelled weird. We stayed two nights no one checked on us or changed out towels or anything. Maybe I was supposed to call but wasn’t sure.
