Location is great, very close to everything. I traveled alone for the first time so I was a bit nervous about the whole thing but it was easy to get checked in and staff was very pleasant. For the location itself, it's easy to get to right off the main hwy, so it is close everything with the mall not even 5 minutes down the street and restaurants within walking distances. Even though it's off a busy road you don't hear any traffic noise (as someone who a had a room with a window) so overall, I was very happy with my stay.

The only thing I found difficult at this hotel is the heavy scent that was pumped into the ventilation system. The scent was overwhelming when I entered the lobby. My room was bearable otherwise I may have looked for other accommodations. Most people don’t realize there are people who are very sensitive to scents of any kind. Exposure can lead to migraine headaches and other unpleasant symptoms. Hopefully businesses will eventually take this into consideration before using these products.

Hotel was convenient to the locations we were visiting. Walking distance to several shopping stores. Choice of restaurants within walking distance also.

We did not like the free breakfast offered. Very bland and simple. Apples was the only fruit offered. Eggs were not appetizing. Make your own waffles was good. Apple juice, orange juice and milk were offered.

Very clean. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and businesses within walking distance. The price was so affordable. We stayed Sunday-Wednesday. Beds were so comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

The dining area was directly in the lobby area so the door was constantly being opened with cold air from outside coming in but it was tolerable. I was surprised about the $100 deposit but it was returned when you check out. Have to read the fine print when making reservations.

We traveled to Arlington for my Mom's memorial service so being comfortable was a high priority. In the past we have always looked for the cheapest and we always got what we paid for. La Quinta did not disappoint. Staff was excellent, the grounds outside and the lobby/reception area were clean and well appointed. Our room was exactly what we asked for; location, accessibility, cleanliness.

The accessible shower was very nice to have. The only issue was that it was difficult to get working properly and seemed to be in need of a bit of repair. And while hot water was not in short supply, it was actually difficult to get the water cold enough to not feel scalded!

Location

The boiler was not working and they did not notify us of it until after I showered and found out myself. They did not fix it till the following day. The batteries of the remote control ran out and I had to turn off the TV by unplugging it behind the mini fridge to be able to sleep.

The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and secure. The atrium area is comfortable and relaxing.

The breakfast. we didn't eat the sausage because it looked undercooked, not appetizing. The coffee is less than appealing, but there's an IHOP within a few feet.

The love this property, because it was very clean and smelled fresh as soon as you walked through the door and throughout our stay. The staff was so friendly and also this property was close to food places and The Park Mall…

There was a wait for the room, I checked in an hour later, then expected, but other than that, it was great.

Very convenient location close by AT&T stadium with stores and places to eat surround the property. staff was very nice and attentive. hotel was clean and quiet. will come back again
