Rooms were very clean, and all the little extras were well stocked. Shampoo lotion shower gel. The welcome on the TV when we walked was a nice touch. Noise level was low despite it being several youth teams staying there. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical but not bad. They kept the area clean during the time we used the dining area. Beds were comfortable.

The area around the hotel seemed a little seedy. One of the groups traveling with us had their car stolen on site. Nothing the hotel could control, but they may should consider security especially considering the look of area around the hotel.

Breakfast is included in the price and had a good variety of choices. Coffee was available all day. Someone was available for late arrivals at the front desk up to 3 am. If you had to get in the middle of the night to the bathroom it was always inconvenient to turn on the bright light. For that reason I carry a nightlight with me, but to my surprise, there was already a nightlight in the bathroom. I found it very thoughtful, even in the small details. Also, when I at first entered my room, I found a personal welcome sign on the tv screen. All in all the stay was very comfortable and welcoming.

No complaints

The hotel was located in a prime location for my needs. Roughly 20 minutes from inner city Dallas, roughly 20 minutes from Firefly Gardens wedding venue, and about 25 minutes from Dallas Lovefield Airport. Hotel room was very clean and spacious.

I didn’t like how the main entrance doors locked and there was no attendant on staff past 11 PM. Just not something I’m accustomed to. You could barely see the sign that stated the main entrance doors locked after 11 PM and that you need to use your key card. Assuming attendants don’t service the front desk until after 6 AM

Everything was neat and clean and the staff was welcoming. The breakfast was superb! I did not utilize all of the amenities, but I will be sure to take advantage of those when I return for another say. I will be booking again soon.

I honestly can not think of anything. My stay was nice and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I enjoyed how the staff did not disturb me with morning cleaning and were so quiet throughout the process that I did not even know they were on my floor!

A group of football players; their coaches and sponsors were there. They were very noisy especially on Friday night. On Saturday morning, I had to ask the maid to take care of my room. She was non English speaking and said that my room was not to be cleaned. I had to be insistent in her taking out the trash; although she marked my room off her list..

Great location clean rooms

Front desk girl when checking out was too busy on her phone to take my key cards and check me out. I asked for a printed receipt in which she told me I would be emailed a receipt and tossed my key cards in a basket on top of the counter as she went back to her cell phone. Only complaint I have had and this is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at this location.

The breakfast was adequate. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean , room was spacious and clean. I like the location.

I wish we could get more variety when it comes to breakfast, like croissants, better fruit choices and how about hot chocolate not everyone drinks coffee and chocolate milk would be nice. Thank you.

The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely informative. The rooms were beautifully kept and extremely clean, the complimentary breakfast was exceptional (coffee always hot, even after breakfast = PLUS) and I LOVED how they had water bottles present at the front desk always for guests to grab at their own free will.

The only thing I found odd was that the bathrooms in the room had big pump shampoo, conditioner, and lotion; although I always bring my own products, I have never seen this before as typically hotels provide small, disposable products. I’m sure it’s to make the guests feel more welcomed, at home, and as though they have more product to use, but I was curious as to how that works with guests changing daily as far as cleaning them, replacing them, etc. but no biggie AT ALL.

Conveniently located near the Chubby’s Diner Having light roast coffee was very nice

Unfortunately too close to the freeway or not enough sound deadening between the freeway and the place. AC was noisy

Room was large and clean with good-sized shower and television. Front desk staff was very helpful in finding transportation and arranging a later checkout. Pool was clean and workout room looked well-equipped.

Breakfast could have included fresh fruit and a better selection of pastries.
