Front desk agents were SO nice and helpful!!! Check in was a BREEZE - I did it on my phone so when I got in, all I did was mention my name and I was handed keys. No haggling. The breakfast was a pretty good spread, the usual yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, bagels, 1 hot meat and eggs. They had a good 4 different options of coffee! 2 waffle makers so the line moved fast. The beds were comfortable, nicely clean, pillows were glorious. Lots of light and natural light. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker were available. In addition to the desk chair there was a little accent chair in the corner with its own little overhead light!

The room looked clean, but the carpet was questionable, so I wore shoes the whole time. My child's feet were coated in dirt after 30 minutes 🤮 there was a thermostat for the a/c on the wall, but you still had to go to the unit. The towels were CRUNCHY, like they had been washed one too many times with powdered detergent. It left scratched marks on my child's delicate skin. The fluorescent light made a weird buzzing sound each time it was on. Water pressure would fall when someone flushed a toilet.

It was really nice inside and out, was pleasantly surprised. It smells clean the moment you walk inside. The modern look is really nice. Breakfast was good. I did ask a question about something breakfast related and the lady assigned to be over by the breakfast didn’t speak much English and didn’t know what I was asking or the answer to it, but it wasn’t a big deal at all and I ended up figuring it out. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

The prices for the drinks/snacks/medicine/toiletries is a little outrageous. $4 for one water bottle is a little ridiculous.

We did not take advantage of the breakfast offered at the hotel. We traveled to Duncanville to attend a funeral. We chose this location because it was close to Jayne's Funeral Chapel. The check-in process was very easy. We completed the precheck-in process before arriving. Upon arrival, we simply picked up our room key at the front desk and went straight to our room. The clerk at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again if the need arose.

We were very pleased with our stay. There wasn't anything we did not like.

It was up to date and really clean. The location was perfect and it was pretty quiet.

Our room was right by the stairwell and you could hear people coming up and down from 12 am to so I didn’t sleep well while there. Also, our fan was out in the bathroom and it was black spots in the shower

Food was ok......ish. Wishing for a little more of a variety. Sausage was tooo greasy and gross. Bacon might be a better option. Thanks for the Texas Waffle!!

For an indoor pool, water was EXTREMLY COLD and very unpleasant. Was really hoping to rest and unwind at pool. Instead became a very sad ice cube. =(

I always enjoy the clean atmosphere when you first walk into the hotel.

The only thing that I had an issue with upon this stay. My room was facing the highway and the noise from the trucks, motorists and other vehicles were a little annoying. However…the overall stay was good.

I liked the convenient location and the spacious room!

I only received partial of my deposit back. I’ve reached out to inquire what my room was charged for but no answer yet. I expected to receive a full refund of my deposit as there were no damages to the room.

I liked the affordable price I got on Booking.com even though it was last minute, I liked how the hotel was located near the highway, I liked how comfortable the bed was with a lot of pillows and I liked the eggs, they were delicious every morning for breakfast.

Some of the bathroom handles were loose.

The light bulbs were not working in my room in 2 lamps. It was too dark the first night. I found that the room was dark even after changing the light bulbs. The shower head was detaching from the wall, it needs caulking work and the toilet seat was loose.
