The Staff was very Helpful and Wonderful..I was put in a situation where I was put out my apartment because I couldn't afford to stay there. My situation change when I suffer a second Stroke on 6/13/3021, I was on my way to my second job Home Healthcare Job. At this time I find out I have Left Breast Cancer and Chronic Stage 5 Kidney Failure. Right now I was able to keep my job at DallasISD and I took Leave of Absence and I still go to work because I still need an income to come in. I be weak be thus is life because I don't have enough insurance to cover my treatment, but this place was close to my job and where I go and receive my treatments and I can see my doctor and Kidney Doctor also. Thank You So Much.

I love everything and I am able to move into another room to benefits my needs. Thank You so Much Again!!

Clean and quiet

The wifi needs some help. I wasn’t able to connect any of my devices due to security issues. They really need to have a secured wifi with a password. Other places cheaper have password protected wifi. Why don’t they? If my phone was able to get a reliable signal without having it in the window I wouldn’t of needed WiFi.

Very economical and convenient location. I called prior to booking to ensure there were safety bars in the bathroom/or walk in shower. I booked and arrived at a room that did not have either. There was a delay in changing rooms but the manager went above and beyond to land us in a room that fit our safety needs. The room was nice, clean. Mattress was older, but I like a soft bed. Breakfast met our needs. Would definitely go back.

Everything was absolutely amazing ! Without a doubt ! I will definitely be back next time for more of an experience like this ! Wonderful staff and amazing services !

There was no screen on window so when we wanted it open we could not. Being handicap the bathroom had a raised ledge so was difficult getting through doorway

The room was very clean and the staff was great. It rivals a higher brand hotel easily.

I put in a request to price match and have not received it

Everything was really nice except the room where the ice machine was. It was not tended to at all and smelled horrible. Other than that, it was a very good stay.

Everything was ok, easy to park, friendly staff, wifi was working well.

Even though the parking lot is under video surveillance, lock your car and close the windows fully. After a night we found a wire hook nearby our car.

The shower bathroom all of the above perfect great I'm disabled and it was great the shower chair especially the power pressure of the water great the outdoor patio great it was all the staff wonderful

Everything was good except my over charged debit card and I was overcharged for my room when it was one price booking but got but a different price at hotel and didn’t get my money back
