The property is good is clean is comfortable

Ok this is what i didn’t like if is supposed to be you have breakfast is not thrue the first day of my estance I come thru the lobby to get breakfast and the place of the breakfast I was empty the lady who prepare the breakfast is so mean she don’t have nothing I ask for more egg more plates more spoons cause everything I was empty and when i ask for more plates more eggs she acts like the food she make is hers so evething in the breakfast room is really really bad she put breakfast for 5 peoples com an that’s no good cause is a hotel and for logic you no is a lot a people so make more food in conclusion your breakfast room is so bad and the lady who make it she going to smoke and later come in the kitchen and touch the food not good ism in the personal not stay in your hotel any more

I loved my time at Mainstay / Sleep inn. The Manager she has so much hospitality and is a very sweet lady. I appreciate her help and couldn't have asked for better staff. The room was great! It was more then I expected. All together I was happy , safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I'll gladly come back. Breakfast every morning was a plus😁 Just when I think I couldn't ask for anything more.... I find out that they also have a open Pool! My overall experience and opinion of the Mainstay , I absolutely will see them again . 5+ Stars 🤩

Only disappointment I had was The 🛜 Internet!!!! It's absolutely horrible. I had so many problems with it to where I actually thank my phone plans Hotspot.

The location. Easy access to restaurants and gas stations. The bed was very comfortable and the room was like home with the kitchen and convenience of a stove and dishes very thing that comes with a kitchen. That was surprising. I have never stayed in a hotel with such accommodations.

The low toilet other than that everything else was great

We were asked for and received an extra hour for checkout. We were running in a race the morning we were leaving and needed the extra time to get cleaned up before we left. The location was great for our purposes. It was easy to get onto and off of the highway.

Excellent value, easy to access and good windows (no noise from outside)

Not enough carts, we definitely needed one for the family and we couldn't get any, we arrived around 6pm. Mattress on the convertible couch was not good, but at least everyone had a bed.

The waffles were ok. Everything else was ok. The eggs were not great.

Maybe a better option for eggs. And more fruit choices.

The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great! And the room exceeded my expectations.

The only thing that I wasn't pleased with was the water pressure. Stronger water pressure would've made an excellent shower. Also, would've made hand washing more pleasurable as well.

Breakfast was good. Had a lot of space in the room. Like having a kitchen area.

Closet space was small. Couch was uncomfortable with low areas.

The position is close to the Dallas Downtown, driving about 10 to 15 minutes can arrive it.

there's some smoke smell on the aisle

I loved how clean and organized the property was and also the receptionist was magnificent.
