The property was nice and the staff was great. There was only one working elevator, the ice maker was broken, there was no water out front for the customers. I think it should have been due to the air conditioner was not working well in the lobby.

I liked the property and definitely the room. It was just those things that I’m sure the property had no control over.

Easy access from freeway. Not very busy. Overall clean hotel

Our room looked like someone had used a crowbar to enter the room. It did not affect the lock but it was something I immediately noticed because there was severe damage to the frame and door. I did let the office know so hopefully they do something about it. Had I stayed alone, I would have asked to be moved to another room

Clean, quiet,upgraded at no cost, decent breakfast, great location. I’ve stayed there at least three times and always consistent. Staff extremely friendly and efficient.

Price was a bit higher than other hotels in same area, but I always feel safe and more comfortable there and as a single woman traveling alone I pay the extra for the safety and comfort.

The Customer Service was great. Yvette welcomed us with a smile when we arrived at the hotel to check in. Jesse was very kind and polite. When we came back from an event we had gone to, Valerie was very helpful to us in reference to walking to the store. (lol). Valerie, we took your advice and went walking to the store when the 🌞came out at 7:00 am. Valerie also greeted us with a smile.

There was not anything we didn't like. The hotel was very clean. When you walked into the hotel, there was a pleasant aroma. The bed was very comfortable. The water was super hot to take a shower. The breakfast was a hot continental breakfast.

The front desk staff was very nice. I think her name was Maria. Silvia made sure we had what we needed during breakfast time. The location was convenient to everwhere we had to go. The price was reasomable and the room was decent for our two night stay. The staff was efficient to come and fix the TV when it was not working properly. Housekeeper emptied the trash and replaced our towels.

There are somethings needing improvement: There need to be hot cereal (grit and oatmeal) at breakfast Since breakfat ends at 10 am there should be enough food to serve until the end. The carpet need a deep cleaning There were a few ants in the bathroom The bathroom ceiling tile need to be and the base shower head fixture need repairing. Thank you

The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent - a plus for menopausal women. The breakfast was great. The staff was courteous and friendly.

Nothing bad here

very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Their was a lady named Slivia in the breakfast area and she was the nicest employee . Very helpful and so nice . She was helping everyone take their plates and was always wiping something down . This is by far one of the cleanest hotels. And the breakfast was amazing and fresh. we will definitely be staying here again.

Cooking lady was very nice and made sure we ate before we had to check out. She even opened up a few minutes before 6 for us.

No ice machine on 3rd floor and lobby bathroom was hot

The Continental breakfast was good and plentiful. The reception staff was professional and accommodating. I had to extend my stay for a day and the rate was reasonable and again the staff was accommodating.

Upon arrival the pool was under repair. Did not have enough towels for 2 people ( in my opinion). Asked for more towels after being there for a day and was told there wasn’t any but was given 2 towels that were too small. I think that if the rooms aren’t being cleaned daily at the very least housekeeping should replenish towels and remove trash without being prompted. The room was either too hot or too cold, no medium. That made for very uncomfortable nights. Having to constantly get up and adjust the temperature throughout the day and night was somewhat discerning.

The breakfast was very good. The location I really did like the location.

There was nothing I didn't like and I cannot think of anything that could make it better.
