I like that it is a new clean facility and provides your basic needs for a quick stay

The $100 deposit does it make sense to me? I understand if there’s damages to the room it’ll be deducted from that, but if I were to pay cash, I would’ve been refunded cash at the time of check out without the room being evaluated first so that didn’t make sense to me also it would be nice if the restroom had, thicker towels or more towels with some shampoo and conditioner products

Everything was very good with exceptions I listed below.

Stayed in a handicap room bath tub surface was slippery when taking a shower. Also need more light in bathroom.Lighted mirror was not bright enough Only one chair and it was sort of flimsy forcing us to sit on the bed.You need to invest in 2 good chairs as sitting on the bed will wear out your beds quicker

Relatively new. Check in staff person was awesome.

Booking.com didn’t do their job of getting my reservation to the property so Riz had to contact them directly (multiple calls and time on hold) to get it clarified! Took over half an hour to check in due to the failure on the part of Booking.com! Not at all happy with Booking.com but extremely happy with Riz and his service!

The location was really good alot if shops and food places near by as long as they keep it clean I would recommend staying here 10x over

The ladies who cleaned the rooms didn’t speak English but that’s it it was hard to get towels and request a cleaning

Convience to hospital. Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Good parking. Nice persons at front desk.

TV channels hard to operate. ☆Dangerously slippery tub.☆ Not enough clothes hangers. Would like light-filtering curtains. Noisy in hall. No tissues..

The place was very nice. A good deal for the price. New facility and bright smiles on all the employees. Tara went above and beyond to please with customer service. I would indeed go again while passing through Dallas.

The motel is pretty new with very good neighborhood. It's just 15 minutes driving to Joe Pool Lake/Cedar Hill State Park

The room doesn't have coffee machine, which is surprise to me. I tried to watch TV, but failed to get one. I hope they can provide coffee machines, and fix the TV

It was very clean and pretty quiet. The air conditioner worked amazing. The price was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

There are no irons or hair dryers in the rooms, but other than that we had a wonderful stay.

The motel is very new, everything looked new and very clean. The personal was nice and helpful. There were lots of parking places and it was very easy to get there from the highway. We could get a very good sleep here as we got a room facing away from the road.

It was so quiet and peaceful and the bed was so soft and relaxing this was my second time staying since they opened and I'll book there everytime I come to Dallas

They need some smoking room that's the only problem I had had to go outside to smoke
