The comfort of the bed. The large restroom The quiet area. The ease to get to and from my car in handicap area. The staff was courteous. The area was quiet and people were decent. I would recommend!

I did not like that there was not enough counter space in the restroom for my toiletries and there was no fold out baggage bench for my luggage. There was no table to seat at to eat from.

The location was convenient for me as it was short drive into Dallas and surrounding areas

Clean facilities, friendly staff, quiet. Parking lot well lit. Close to groceries. Nice outdoor swimming pool but unfortunately it was cloudy and rained during our four day stay. Right off the freeway.

Neighborhood nearby need to be careful after dark.

The motel is very nice and convenient location. The McDonald is right next to the motel and Kroger is right behind the motel. Walking distance. The staff is ver nice and friendly. The manage Mike is doing great job in this motel to keep clean and safe. I recommend this place to anyone.

I was not sure about location but property clean and in order. Rooms met standards for sure.

Parking was a little too far for a woman single traveler but cameras and area clean and clear of debris. Not alot of traffic in the area at night. Pool looked nice and staff was polite pleasant and helpful. Will stay again is same next time in Dallas.

Good price. Mostly clean room Recliner in the room was nice.

The floor doesn't get mopped often enough; bottom of your feet will get black pretty quick.

I liked the whole staff from the reservationist and the cleaning staff and everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and made us feel at home since my husband and I have been without a home Motel 6 in Duncanville was our temporary home for some days and we felt at home

I like that the room and bathroom was clean. I liked the outdoor pool. I liked how spacious my room was.

The air unit wasn’t getting the room very cold.

No breakfast at this motel.

I wish they had a truly non-smoking facility. Our room did smell like a smokers dream.
